Atv heaven - Tour was one of the best in Medellin... The tour guides were true professional and cool as a fan.. We will be back in a couple of months and we will do this again.. Fellas don't forget about me.. you said I could get the dirt bike next ...lol

Fun rides in the mountains - Faber, Esteban and our group were very friendly. Made sure we had a great time riding the ATVs. The ride there was almost an hour with a bit of traffic from El Poblado and we rode for almost 3 hours. We had two stops including a picturesque water fall and an area for a fish lunch which was very good. The pictures that the guides took were good, although we didn't receive all of them. Was good overall. Recommended.

ATV Adventure - If you enjoy ATVs then this is for you! I ride ATVs all the time and this was the best tour! Faber, Esteban, and Jose made sure we got to explore all terrains and have a great time! The lunch was amazing, very fresh and tasty! I would go back and do this tour again in a heart beat!

They went back on their word - I have used Viator for over five tours and have always had excellent experiences, leaving five-star reviews each time. Unfortunately, my recent ATV riding tour in Colombia was a significant disappointment. I purchased two tickets for myself and a friend. Due to a family emergency, my friend couldn't join, and I notified the tour operator a day before. The operator assured me I would receive a partial refund, and I paid for lunch separately in cash, even leaving a generous tip for the driver and guide. I will say the actual tour guide who did the tour was nice. I wished I would’ve left him with more money but didn’t have more cash on me after paying for what was agreed for before starting the tour… Viator's policy states cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, which I understand. The operator initially agreed to the partial refund but later reneged, refusing to honor the agreement once Viator contacted them. Had they been upfront about not issuing a partial refund, I would not have paid extra for my wife's lunch, and she would have ridden the second bike instead of sitting behind me in the bike I was driving. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given my previous positive experiences with Viator.
