Definitely worth a visit to these fascinating less crowded towns with great history - A really good local tour guide who is passionate, enthusiastic sharing great knowledge, anecdotes and humour.
Both Medina and Rabat offer interesting history with nobles still occupying homes here

Amazing tour - Fantastic tour of Mdina n Rabat! Our guide Chris was knowledgeable, engaging, and brought the city’s history to life with fascinating stories and hidden gems - every street, doorway, and stone seemed to have a story.
From medieval fortifications to hidden corners only a local would know, we saw and learned so much more than we ever could on our own.
If you want to truly understand Mdina’s n Rabat's rich past and enjoy a walk through one of Malta’s most magical cities, I couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough.Even our 11 year old enjoyed the tour very much.

Best way to spend an evening of culture - Chris’ knowledge was amazing and kept us captivated , the time flew and so intimate and friendly. Could feel the passion and history oozing from him. Pace was good and tailored to the group questions. Did this on our last evening and will not forget it - thoroughly enjoyable- don’t get this on a mobile phone app- a must do !!! Thank you Chris

Wonderful tour - Chris was a fantastic guide - knowledgeable, passionate, and personable. His love for Malta and its history really shone through, making my visit to Mdina and Rabat unforgettable. It was great to see him interact with locals, even the mayor! 5 stars!

Wonderful tour of historic areas with amazing back stories, along with a real feel for the wonderful Maltese people. - Absolutely fantastic tour with Christian. Mdina and Rabat are 100% worth seeing and with everything that Christian told us, both historical and about being 'Maltese' and what it is like to live in Rabat, it ranks a million out of 10. My husband and I took our 93 year old father with his electric wheel chair and everything was totally accessible. We have fallen in love with the Maltese people who are so friendly, welcoming and genuine, with a true community love of their country. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough.

In-depth and personal tour - Booked this in mid to late June.
Chris, our guide was friendly and very organised. He was able to connect with our group to make us feel at ease.
Tour covers the history (old and new) of Mdina and Rabat is great detail. Plenty of opportunities to stop and take photos and ask questions.
I would absolutely recommend this tour to someone visiting Malta and would like more information about these beautiful places.
