Full eyes - The architecture in these cities is just breathtaking. What beautiful stones in these narrow streets and so marked by history. It's beautiful.

Great introduction to Mdina & Rabat - It was a good introduction to Mdina and Rabat. We learned a lot about local and Maltese history. Mary, our guide, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about history and the area. I do wish, though, that we had walked more and covered more ground in Mdina. It was a lot of frequent stops to school us in the history of a place, and lots of standing around. I would have preferred more strenuous walking. When we got to Rabat, we covered more ground and I liked that part better. We thought it was a good experience and a productive use of our time.

Excellent! - Our guide was really good and 2 hours was a good length. It was great to finish in Rabat as that is where the catacombs are, incredible. I went to St Agatha's where you are within touching distance of skeletons, thousands of years old.
