Wow - Saw so many different things in one day! Fantastic value for money, the driver could speak English really well and knew a lot about the various places. He kindly drove from one side of the island to the other to the other to take my to another accomodation place.
Its a full day but means you can stay as little or as long as you want in the various places which meant it was quite relaxing really as well as informative.
Do not go to Mauritius without taking this tour!

I’ll always remember it - We chose MUTT Mauritius Travel Tours mostly because their prices were the best, but honestly we couldn’t get better service, from no-hassle booking procedure to its execution. The driver was extra careful, and we went smoothly from one point to another. The information about the places and sights was provided but nobody pushed or rushed us... we could spend time taking photos or exploring the sights, or just take off if the particular point was of no interest to us. I love the laid back and casual approach, that’s exactly what we were looking for. However, if asked, the guide provided all the info and background.
We were a bit picky about choosing the lunch spot - mind you, get prepared for rather steep prices in and around Chamarel for a more or less regular fare - but the driver was infinitely patient, took us to three different restaurants only to return to the first one upon our request, without a single word or grumble.
We also used them for the airport transfer, which in our case was at 5am - excellent price and once again, impeccable service. We got the reminder the night before and a smooth and secure transfer.

Excellent service! Loistopalvelu! - We just spent 4weeks on Mauritius and Sanil and Sameer from MUTT made our vacation special. We used their services also in 2016 and all in all MUTT has organized 20tours for us. Their service attitude is amazing and only your imagination is limiting what you can do. So far we have done helicopter tour, swam with dolphins, walked with lions, saw all the major sights on South Day Tour, done several catamaran cruises, rented a private boat for snorkeling etc. All in all we can highly recommend MUTT and Sanil and Sameer and we will be their customers also in the future.

It started when my driver/guide called me the day before and introduced himself. Samir, was the perfect guide. I learned a lot from him that is not written in any guidebook. He let me take my time on the different stops and stay as long or as short as I wanted. I recommend this to everyone.
I hope I'll get him as a guide next time I'll go there.

Knowledgeable, accommodating and flexible driver with brilliant commentary and wonderful sights, esp the waterfall. Definitely highly recommend!

Good Value but a few disappointments - The tourist destinations on this tour were excellent and the comfortable minibus arrived on schedule. The tour took nearly 8 hours including the lunch stop. We first stopped at a souvenir shop and then a so-called Diamond Factory, neither of which were on the published itinerary and just wasted time. Our first listed stop was Le Port Model Ship museum, but the display area was roped off and essentially, it was just another tourist shop. The next stop was supposed to be a shop for Pasmenas (again not on the itinerary), but we insisted that we had no interest in more tourist shopping sites and avoided going there.
There were then a series of good viewpoints in and around the Black River National Park including the Trou Aux Cerfs extinct volcano, Grand Bassin - a place scared to the Hindu religion and Chamarel 7 Colour Earth for which there is an entry fee of 225 Rupees per adult, where cash only in local currency is accepted. A disappointment was that our driver/guide had a poor command of English, thus getting answers to questions was difficult and we were just dropped off at locations to find our own way.
Overall, we got out of the tour what we wanted, but the shopping destinations were an unnecessary waste of our time and a better English-speaking driver/guide would have helped. The tour was good value, but would recommend you agree with the driver which, if any, of the tourist shops you wish to visit.

The place itself was beautiful. The highlights were the waterfalls, wild monkeys and 7 colours of the Earth. It was a well paced tour but it did finish earlier than I thought. It would have been nice to swing by the beach on the tour too.
