Memorable Ohana Trip - Mark was a great tour guide! Laid back, fun & very informative … My kids are 26, 24 & 22. My husband has some mobility challenges as an amputee & my oldest has an intellectual disability, Mark catered to everyone’s needs, answered lots of questions, as well as provided awesome tips & insights for all over Maui, not just Hana. He even recommended the Hana Tonic for my daughter’s motion sickness & it worked so well we got more to take home! Highly recommended, definitely worth the money for a personal guided tour for us and very nice family experience!

Hana Trip Tour++ - Jason was phenomenal!! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Maui during our trip to Hana, but because of an unexpected accident that closed down the only way back to our resort for many hours, Jason went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and not a bother to him for the extra time spent on our trip!! He was very professional and wanted to make sure we were well taken care of!!! I would definitely recommend Paramount tours to take care of your Hana adventure!! Mahalo Jason!!🤙🤙

Only way to go to Hana! - Our driver/tour guide was Jason. He is a Maui native and a talking encyclopedia of facts, from the history of the Hawaiian people to the environment. We learned much language and cultural ways. He was a safe driver too and returned to bring back forgotten items in his SUV. Everyone in our family ages 9-72 enjoyed this trip.

Wonderful and informative, lots of driving - Went above and beyond to make a great time for my family. Was fun having a local show us around the island. Jason was extremely knowledgeable with insight into seemingly everything on the island.

Road to hana - Lee was awesome!! 10/10. My only feedback is an escalade is featured on the ad but it's a Ford expedition that picks you up so felt a little disappointed by that but otherwise tour was good.

We survived the road to Hana! - Our guide Lee was amazing! So knowledgeable. There's no way we could have driven this road with all the turns by ourselves. We felt safe with Lee driving. Such a beautiful area with picturesque views everywhere!

If you like to gamble and lose, pick this one! - Booking with this operator is a gamble. Our trip was cancelled at 12:45am via text when we were supposed to be picked up at 6:45am that morning. Text cited “vehicle emergency”. Operator offered the following day as an option but we are unable to rearrange our schedule to take that tour. If you look at previous reviews, the operator overbooks and then cancels- bad business! Stay away from them!

cancelled within an hour - they canceled on us 1 hour before the tour. we were only in port one day so we missed seeing the road to Hana because it was to late to book with another company. i reached out to confirm a pick up time twice the day before and no one responded. i am still awaiting f a credit on my charge.

Bad customer service. - Paramount tours cancelled our trip the day before claiming due to random safety checks. The company informed me Iwould receive a confirmation email and refund. Neither happened. Contacted Viator and they could not reach the company.
