Great experience! Totally recommend! - This was a great excursion! We had an excellent guide, Ryan, who was very familiar with the way the wind patterns affected the area we were snorkeling in. That helped me feel safe in an unfamiliar situation. I had not been snorkeling before, and he took time at the beginning to show proper usage of the equipment. We had some practice, and I felt confident. During the snorkel, a sea turtle casually swam by really close to my husband! We saw fish and other sea life, and our guide educated us on some really interesting facts about the reef, the island, and the animals. It was a fantastic experience, and I would do it again!

So Much Fun!! - We had a BLAST doing this tour. I've never been snorkeling before, and I am so thankful we decided to do a guided tour instead of snorkeling on our own. Our guide was AMAZING and so patient with me as a first time snorkeler. He also took amazing pictures, and was very funny and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend this experience!

Our guide Seth was... - Our guide Seth was amazing! He throughly showed us as much coral reef as we had time for and pointed out all the fish. Even though we only saw two turtles, he made sure we got videos and photos of them. He even recommended a close by brewery which was fantastic!

Loved our turtle snorkel and photos - We did the snorkel and photos experience which was terrific. It was very well run and organized. We saw turtles, eels, many types of fish and urchins. We also learned about a scooter turtle experience, which apparently takes you a bit further out so that you have the opportunity to see more things. People who did that experience also loved it.

Best Snorkel day ever!! - Seth was our funny, friendly and very helpful tour guide whom made our snorkel experience an unforgettable day!! He took pictures of beautiful sea life as we came across them and also photos of us snorkeling our hearts out!! Thank you Seth!!!

Beautiful experience - We did a snorkeling tour with Tristan yesterday with my husband and kids. We had a wonderful time, and we saw a lot of turtles, so many colorful fishes and Tristan was all the time trying to get the best video and photos of our adventure. Highly recommended!!!!

The excursion was very good, but the subsequent management was very disappointing. - I went on a snorkeling trip with this company on March 15th at 10:00 a.m. The activity itself was fantastic: the seascapes were beautiful, the team was very professional, and the experience in the water was excellent. Because of this, I trusted that the entire service would be just as good. Photos were taken during the activity, and we were told they would be sent to us later via email. However, almost a month has passed, and I've made between 5 and 7 complaints through various means (email and WhatsApp) and only received two photos. I've checked my email and spam folder and specifically requested that they be sent to me via WhatsApp to make things easier... and still haven't received a clear response or an effective solution. Communication has been very limited, and at times, nonexistent. I felt that once the service was over, they stopped caring about the customer. It's a real shame, because the experience deserved to be remembered with the promised photos. If you're looking for a company that not only provides a good experience but also a good memory, unfortunately, this isn't the right choice. The lack of commitment and follow-up leaves much to be desired. I hope they improve this aspect, because the activity itself was very good.
