A tour worth well worth it - It was a great experience, the previous wind storm made the waters super choppy, so Capt Carlos was able to pull an audible and take us to a nice calm coral reef where we were still able to snorkel. Then as an added bonus, he took us to a spot where we were able to get a surprise momma and baby whale spotting. Super comfortable boat ride with breakfast and lunch provided as well as drinks available for purchase. There was bathrooms onboard the boat as well as floatation equipment for us that aren't that comfortable in the water.

Don't miss the best snorkeling in Maui! - Maui has some of the best snorkeling and beautiful fish that we have every seen - and we travel alot! Saw over 40 different colorful fish on this trip, as well as large sea turtles. Very happy with the snorkel trip - would highly recommend it. Food was good and staff was exceptional!

Highly recommend! - Our experience was amazing! Both snorkeling spots were beautiful and the water was the clearest blue we’ve ever seen! We saw many types of fish and three turtles! The crew also were very friendly and took great care of everyone. We felt very safe in the water, they had two lifeguards stationed out with us at all times. The gear was clean and the optional wetsuits helped us maximize our water time. Food and drinks were also very good! Would highly recommend!

Memories of a lifetime! - We had the best time. The crew was wonderful and so kind. Everything was so organized that there was little to no wait. Our favorite part was swimming with the Monk Seal. Definitely a memory we will never forget. Thanks for all the fun!

Finally Turtles - Molokini was full of fish- no turtle sightings. Whales breaching on the way to the second stop. Turtle and whale sightings at the second stop. Finally got to swim with turtles- highlight of the trip. Staff were friendly and informative. Food was good. The pulled pork was very good. I would highly recommend this trip!

All in one - whale watching, snorkling, swimming in ocean tour - This is an early morning excursion with check in by 6:45 am. It’s about a 30 minute drive from Kaanapali resort area… so make sure to give yourself time to get there. Parking is next to the harbor…. U can park at the Ocean Aquarium, but you’ll have to trek down to the harbor and it is down a ways. Breakfast was awesome with hot food options! Lunch was great and also had hot food options! Plenty of drinks options too! Got to see whales; dolphins; and sea turtles on the way to the snorkling spots- turtle town and molakini. The Calypso has slides and was a great big triple decker boat with a small area with a glass bottom to look down!!! Great information on the geography and history from the captain!! Only issue we had was with the snorkling masks not fitting properly. Otherwise the whole experience was good. The crew was very friendly and helpful. We will come back again the next time we are back here.

Ok tour- not a lot of great underwater ocean life to see, unfortunately. - Not a lot of fish or underwater ocean life besides a few schools of fish to see at Molokini Crater snorkeling part of the adventure. This was a good time of year to see whales doing their thing, however, we didn't get close enough to get any really good pics with phone camera. I saw two turtles hanging out mainly at the bottom of the bay we also stopped at. Wish we would have seen more things underwater. It was nice they had noodles and other floaty devices for us to use. I'm glad I brought my own snorkel gear. Food was decent. The $2 alcoholic drinks on board were quite a good deal considering how expensive everything else is in Hawaii. As a single traveler I was not asked to take any underwater pics with the photographer.

The captain and the crew... - The captain and the crew were fantastic and they did everything they could to make this trip enjoyable for the participants. I have nothing but kind words for them. HOWEVER. Fourteen hours before the scheduled departure, the operator sent us an email informing that the departure time was pushed back 1 hour and the boat became bigger (which they called “upgraded”) due to decreased number of participants. In other words, they combined a smaller tours together and made it a one big group on a bigger catamaran. The decisions were unilateral and we had no option to say no to the changes otherwise our payments would have been forfeited. We booked the original trip because of the smaller number of participants and the earlier departure time, but now we had to go with lots more people on a larger boat and one hour later than the original departure time. The Molokini crater was beautiful but the operator limited the area we could snorkel within this tiny triangle. The small area was very crowded with the large number of people and I could not really move around without bumping into somebody else. I understand that it would be convenient for them to confine us into a smaller area to keep an eye on everybody. But staying within the small triangle for 45 minutes with 100+ people was not pleasant. The operator said in essence we were getting the same tour we booked with an upgrade of a bigger boat. But for us, we did not want a large group and we did not leave later of the day, it was a deal breaker. They should have given us the option to cancel the trip or reschedule.
