Check-in is at Ma’alaea Harbor North Loading Dock, left of Coast Guard Station.
Harbor parking is across from Carl’s Jr. before the Ocean Center. The price must be paid by credit card. The parking lot is walking distance (5-6 minutes) to the dock.

Relaxing Boat Trip with Top Notch Amenities - We did the sunset whale watching and snorkeling cruise. This is a well oiled operation with a very friendly staff. Even though I did not see it noted clearly ahead of time, they did have veggie burgers and chicken in addition to the hot dogs and hamburgers. The macadamia cookies and pineapple for dessert were delicious. They had lots of extra equipment for people who wanted to snorkel - tubes, waste life vests, wet suits, etc. The wet suits were an extra cost, but worth it for me. Take something warm because it gets cold once the sun starts to set, especially if you have been snorkeling. I loved how clear the speakers were on the boat, which made it easy to hear the captain's narration and the queues for spotting the whales. My only suggestion is that they move to more sustainable wear for the food and beverages...everything was disposable. We went on another boat trip in Kauai and they used washable cups, plates and sliverware.

Great adventure - We had a great time. The crew was amazing. The captain knew a lot of interesting facts about the whales. Our group had a plenty of whale watching. Also, snorkeling adventure was great without time pressure or hurry.

Whale watching & very pleasant afternoon out in the water - Captain and crew were great, very welcoming. Even though it was late in the whale watching season we saw plenty of whales. Very well organized, not rushed at all. Great value for the money. Would definitely recommend.

I can't wait to go again! - Absolutely amazing tour! 10/10 would recommend to anyone that wants to do a whale watching tour. We went 3/11/2024 and I can't believe how many whales we saw - it was close to a hundred. There was so many whales, I couldn't see all of them as the captain was calling them out. The open bar was also a great time; you get about an hour and a half of being able to drink, which was amazing. The selection for lunch was also great!

Wonderful experience for families with young children. - A fantastic experience that gave us everything we wanted. We saw plenty of whales that was followed by information about their behavior. We used a lot of what we learned when we saw whales later on our trip. The crew was friendly and helped make the experience relaxing and stress-free. We had a 5-year-old who was a bit nervous about snorkeling and the team really put her at ease. They gave her a boogie-board with a window to see the fish. The food is an excellent value, and drinks added to the fun. The whole trip was exactly what we hoped for.

Thankful! - Incredible experience... terrific grilled lunch but staff was the best part... they worked so hard made sure we always had enough to eat and drink(not stingy on the bar at all!) and shout out to Takako who felt like family.. we actually wished we couldve dragged her around with us for the rest of the vacation!

Great trip - Great time. Great people. Wales came close and we saw several. A must trip for anyone !! Unlimited drinks and food offerings were perfect just to have something to munch while you cruised the bay. Beautiful sunset. !!! Do g miss this trip !!

Lack of understanding on unforseen event - Booked this event, spent $523 and we were unable to make it because we got rear ended by another vehicle. We still tried to make it but missed the boat by 5 minutes, I called and informed them and was told nothing could be done since I called in too late. They are not understanding that an unforseen event occurred while on our way which was obviously out of hands and I chose my families well being before contacting them. They have shut any refund requests down completely and I am frustrated because situations are bound to happen and I'm pretty sure I won't be the last one in a pickle. Absolutely an abomination of customer service and lack of understanding on their part. But my family is Ok, and $500 is definitely not worth my families safety and well being. Please do better as a company, events that one doesn't think will occur unfortunately do. I will be escalating this unpleasant situation to the BBB and see how they would like to handle this series of very unfortunate events.
