- Maalaea Harbor - The Maui Afternoon Tour is ideal for those that seek a less congested snorkeling experience. We snorkel & slide at the Coral Gardens or Turtle Town on most afternoons. On rare occasions, we will snorkel only (no water sliding) at the Molokini Crater.
You’ll have the opportunity to experience many tropical fish and sea turtles, that lie within a naturally protected ocean bay. On this tour, you will head out on the Lani Kai II, a 53-foot boat (16 meters) with a 20-foot waterslide (6 meters) for several hours of snorkeling. Get the chance to see whales from November through April.

Great time, friendly staff, good food - Great time for my 4 kids! They loved the snorkeling and the guides were amazing. Everyone who used it enjoyed the slide but some of the kids were too busy enjoying the snorkeling to try the slide. The snacks provided were good, they checked about allergens for us, and provided plenty of drink variety to choose from.
The staff was great and so friendly, I was amazed how well they handled a "Karen" on our cruise with politeness, friendliness and patience. Wonderful time for the whole family glad we went.

Definitely recommend this trip. - The caption was awesome, the staff were great. Had a super fun time snorkeling and sliding. i wish we had a little more time to snorkel but otherwise a great experience.

Maui Snorkeling Rocks!!! - Great crew and captain that were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Great boat to snorkel and great meals provided. Excellent equipment and plenty of options provided.

Great adventure!! - This was an awesome trip. The snorkeling was great, the slide was great & the service exceptional. The team with Captain Spence did so much to make our adventure complete. Food was great too. Can’t say enough good things about this trip. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!!!

Highly Recommend! - My kids had a great time snorkeling and sliding on this excursion. Staff was great. Boat was cool. We did the 3 hour tour which seemed like the perfect amount of time. My kids loved this.

🪸🐠🐡 - Fun snorkeling trip with my son! We weren't able to go to the crater, due to windy weather, so we went offshore snorkeling around a pretty coral reef. The water was clear we saw plenty of fish. The slide was fun and the whole crew was friendly and helpful.

Highly Recommend! - My kids loved snorkeling and the slide afterwards was a huge bonus! We did the afternoon 3 hour tour. Was just enough time for small kids. Highly recommend!

A perfect morning on the water. - An amazing and perfect day. The captain and crew were 10/10. The slide was so much fun. Breakfast and lunch were perfect and they were always checking on us to make sure we were having fun and didn’t need anything. Loved everything about it.

Not great Snorkeling in the area - The staff was great, top notch. The snorkeling was not great, barely any fish or other wildlife around. We saw a handful at best. The slide was fun but not worth the miss on snorkeling. We were in the afternoon and it was a bummer - I would recommend booking AM where you have a better opportunity to see fish with two stops. I thought we were hitting Molokini crater and was disappointed that I didn’t read closely to pick up on
the fact we weren’t.

Sea Sick Central for Afternoon Excursion - Let me first say, that the Captain and crew were fantastic. They were very friendly and hard-working. The issue I had with this tour is that it was way too windy to take a boat full of people in the afternoon to snorkel. It was miserable. Everyone was sick and the swells were way to big to see any fish. They also did not take us to molokini crater, since it was so windy. So we were next to the highway in the water, waiting to throw up. I rarely give reviews, but in this case...it was just greed on the part of the tour operator. They should have canceled the excursion due to weather. If you do this tour, only do the morning tour and check the weather conditions for yourself. Also, we saw beautiful fish and turtles snorkeling in the beach outside our hotel. Just saying.
