A butterfly farm of memories! - The butterfly farmer made all ages feel involved. She was warm and enthusiastic ! It was an interactive tour. We handled caterpillars, butterflies and praying mantis. It was very educational but in a fun way for seniors to children. We had a blast and took some amazing videos and pictures!

Delightful and Informative! - What a gem this place is! So friendly and very knowledgeable, our guide was delightful! The friends with me often stay on Maui and it was something new I found and treated them too and they will take their future guests for certain.

Butterflies 🦋 - A visit to the Maui Butterfly Farm will leave you inspired in the beauty of the multitude of butterflies. I highly recommend the tour. To hold a Monarch butterfly on your hqnd is magical.

Butterfly fun - This was a delightful morning spent learning about and interacting with butterflies and a praying mantis. We were able to hold the caterpillars, feed the butterflies and spend time in roomy screened enclosures just watching these ephemeral creatures! There were kids on the tour that seemed to be loving the very mellow experience. Seems like a nice family activity. Getting there was easy from Wailea and so beautiful driving along a road close enough to the ocean you could practically jump in! And, right next door was an old fashioned general store with everything from souvenirs to snacks and fishing essentials! Also next door was Leoda’s Restaurant. I had the key lime pie and highly recommend it!

Amazing Butterfly Experience! - We had a great time at the butterfly farm! We got to hold caterpillars, butterflies and even some praying mantises! It was interesting to hear about the type of butterflies that are found in Hawaii and how they turn from caterpillars to butterflies. They also gave us some flowers and other tips to attract butterflies to get them to land on us so we could hold them and see them up close! That is something I had never seen before then despite being to a few other butterfly farms/experiences. I would definitely recommend a visit!

Fun for the whole family from toddlers to grandparents! - This was so fun! Our guide was so sweet! I have a three year old who loves insects and he loved holding the caterpillars and butterflies and praying mantis! My 7 and 9 year old also loved it! And so did my husband, my in laws, and me!
