Please note, there is a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs, and participants must wear shoes. Refunds are not available for those exceeding the weight limit. Children must be at least 10 years old on the day of their tour, and those aged 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests will be weighed at check-in, with a strict maximum of 250 lbs. As this is an outdoor activity, those with insect sting allergies should bring their own medication. Dress comfortably in fully closed toe and heel shoes. Don’t forget your sunglasses, sunscreen, cash for tipping your guides, and a spirit of adventure!

Great zip line experience start to finish! - Spectacular views, and fun, safe zip lining above Maui! MacKenna and Colton were fantastic guides, and Katie drove up the mountain like a champ. Would definitely recommend!

Life experience, worth every penny spent - Justin and Gavin were outstanding. Very personable and professional. Courtney and I loved the whole experience and they were a big reason why.

First time Ziplining - Awesome Experience! - Had a fantastic experience with the Kapalua Ziplines! This was my first time Ziplining and they did a great job of explaining the tour and what to expect. Kyle was an awesome guide and helped up through the whole process. The six line Mountain Adventure was perfect and the lines were all different and exciting! I would definitely do this tour again the next time I am on Maui!

Breathtaking & memorable - Absolutely 1 of the best vacation tours I’ve ever done. The briefings , safety gear and all around experience was top notch. The guides were professional , very knowledgeable about the Island , the animals , wildlife etc etc , James was our lead guide, He was funny , kept everyone entertained through the whole experience . He had some excellent lunch choices as well .

Excellent Maui Zipline experience - We had an excellent experience! We were all a bit nervous, but didn't need to be as after the first zip we were very confident and enjoyed them all, especially the 2,100ft zip over the bamboo forest!
Not only did Justin, Dillon & Dalton give us a great zipline experience, they also told us about the history of the area, culture and wildlife on Maui.
We would definitely do it again if we return!

Fun, beautiful activity - The guides were so helpful and very engaging! They even helped us with local recommendations for snorkeling and restaurants! The ziplining was a lot of fun and absolutely beautiful! Even the driver and office staff were very inviting!

10/10! Had a great time! Bri and Kolton are top notch guides! - My wife found this excursion and we booked last minute. So glad we did. Views are incredible, adrenaline dump the entire time.
Our guides, Bri and Kolton were engaging, great conversationalists, and most importantly made us feel safe the entire time. Make sure you take good care of them.
P.S. Uncle George, our driver, had some great jokes for us.

Do not recommend - Would not use this company again. The staffer in training was carless and inconsiderate. Safety should be above all else. Staff making fun of people who are trying but a little afraid should be counseled. I would choose another company. Terrible experience.
