Experience a scenic journey along the legendary Douro River, reaching its confluence with the Atlantic Ocean, and admire the stunning beaches of Foz do Douro en route to your surfing destination.

Participants will receive instruction in surfing techniques, including oceanography, standing up, board balance, sand-based training, and physical warm-ups, followed by practical sessions in the sea.

After the surfing activity, there’s an option to join a yoga class led by a certified instructor. (Optional, not included in the price)
