Parco della Murgia Materana - The afternoon is devoted to visiting the Murgia Park. Walk along the path to discover the unique features of the area, including rock-carved caves, cultivated lands, and typical Mediterranean flora. The Murgia of Matera is situated opposite the city of Matera, separated only by the Gravina stream, offering a truly spectacular view.

Cripta del Peccato Originale - After a hearty breakfast, visit the Crypt of Original Sin south of the city. This cultural site was part of a Benedictine rock monastery from the Lombard period. It features a series of frescoes from the 8th and 9th centuries, painted by the artist known as the Matera Flower Painter, showcasing the historical characteristics of Benedictine-Benevento art.

Wonder - Very prepared and kind guide who took us to very interesting and particular places. He was able to involve us in what was the life of the stones of the past and making us admire beautiful landscapes. Esperienza unica Consigliatissimo!

Highly recommended - I visited the Sassi di Matera with this tour operator. Our guide Giusy, very professional, prepared, able to involve all even the youngest children, very clear, exhaustive and really nice. The two hours flew between interesting explanations about the places visited. Taking a guide to visit the stones was in my opinion a winning choice. Highly recommended.

To try - With their mini bus you can visit Matera from the Sassi to the Belvedere even without a marathon runner's body. Imma delicious and very helpful.

Discovering the Sassi of Matera - In early July, I went with my husband to Matera. On Recommendation of friends, I booked a tour among the Sassi with Martulli Trips. Great Guide who accompanied us in this fascinating experience! I Sassi davvero unici! Tour consigliatissimo!
