- Maspalomas - We will walk along a trail in the central part of the island near the highest peak of Gran Canaria – Pico de las Nieves (1949m above sea level). One of the attractions is the view of the neighboring Roque Nublo, the east and south coast of the island and with good visibility of the Pico de Teide (3718m above sea level) in Tenerife….

- Sports or trekking shoes (with a good grip) are mandatory and will be checked by the guide before starting the excursion. During our routes, we recommend mountain clothing or sports clothing.

- In the period from April to September, rainfall is low, the temperature even in the highest part of the mountains is around 22 degrees, reaching up to 26 degrees in June, July and August. The T-shirt usually fits us well, but it is always good to wear long-sleeved clothing.
- The months of October to March are a variable period of time and more frequent rains (we always try to avoid carrying out our excursions during rainy days, but sometimes the weather can surprise us). It is recommended (during the mandatory cold days) warm clothing with long sleeves (pants, polartec) and a waterproof jacket that can work perfectly as a windbreaker.
- In case of force majeure that prevents the excursion from continuing or endangers the health or life of the excursion participants (weather conditions, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to modify the route or change it to another / another date, or cancel it.
- Recommended minimum age for children: 8 years.

Fabulous hike in Gran Canaria - We had a fantastic hike with Maciej, and 7 others. Pace was very relaxed with plenty of stops to take in the breathtaking views, which included seeing Tenerife in the distance from one of the peaks. Maciej was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Rounded off with a lovely lunch at a nearby cafe. Would strongly recommend to anyone who wants to see the glorious I interior of Gran Canaria.

Welcome return visit to the mountains - This was our second year with Maciej. On our trip the majority of people were returning customers, which says it all. Excellent trip as usual, very efficiently run, all pickups at the time stated. Maciej where appropriate will also adjust the trip to improve the guest experience.
Overall an excellent day, highly recommended and interesting to meet other walkers from other countries.

Great hike in the mountains - We enjoyed a great walk with Maciej earlier this week! We were extremely lucky to get a last minute cancellation, my advice is to book early as the walks are limited to eight walkers so get booked up early. Maciej is an excellent guide fluent in many languages as our group was from the UK , Germany and Poland. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been leading hikes for eighteen years. The walk was great, remember you are high up in the mountains and it can be cold. The scenery is stunning, beautiful but wild. At the end we enjoyed a meal in a local restaurant included in the price. Good value and a full day .

A wonderful hike with Maciej in the mountains. - Our guide, Maciej was excellent once again this year. We hiked with him last year and he is a very knowledgeable and experienced guide. He is very personable and adjusts his hikes to the group. We would highly recommend his hikes.

Wonderful day in the peaks of Gran Canaria - Perfect setup 👍😊 Professional guide who in addition to guiding us safely up and down the mountain tells us about Gran Canaria's sights etc. Fitting size of the group and nice to get to know the other participants. The walk ends with lunch in the picturesque village of Fataga.

Fantastic hike with a very experienced guide! - The day was very well organised with pick up exactly on time, in a very nice new minivan.
The hike was stunning, and suitable for various abilities, with regular stops. Maciej was very knowledgeable and prepared. Amazing scenery, nice small group, and a lovely relaxed lunch in a restaurant before heading back to resort. Good value tour, would highly recommend!

Unforgettable Hike - Maciej was a fantastic tour guide. The hike was so special and we were lucky to have amazing weather for clear skies and views of Tenerife at the top. This tour is very good value for money with a delicious lunch included on the way down in one of the mountain villages. One of the best hikes I’ve been on and would definitely recommend when in Gran Canaria!

Excellent day of walking in stunning scenery - We really enjoyed the walk. The guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. He allowed plenty of time, no rushing and lots of rest stops. And a nice meal at the end too. Really beautiful scenery. Thanks!
