How to Make a Reservation

• Reservations are made per product (size).
• For group use, check the calendar in advance to ensure availability for each product (size) on the same day.
• A photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, is required for rental identification, so please bring it with you.
• Reservations are daily. For multiple days, select each desired date on the calendar and add to the cart.

• Reservations are made per bicycle (size: height). Choose from the following sizes:

1. Riding Area
   • Bicycles are prohibited or restricted on many mountain trails.

Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the start of use incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • If a flight delay prevents service use, a refund is available with a cancellation or delay certificate.
  • Weather-related cancellations are assessed case-by-case, considering safety. Cancellation fees may be waived if safety is compromised.

Notes on Returning the Bike

• Return the bike within store opening hours on the day.
• If unable to return on time due to unavoidable circumstances, contact the rental store promptly.
• Late returns may affect subsequent reservations, and staff may need to retrieve the bike.
• An additional fee applies if staff must collect the bike, based on distance and circumstances.

Notes on Loss, Theft, and Accidents

• Theft: Report immediately if your bicycle is stolen. You are responsible for the full rental fee and the cost of the bicycle, helmet, and accessories. A theft report will be filed with the police. If recovered, ownership reverts to us.
• Loss: Follow the same procedure as theft. Contact us immediately.
• Accidents: Report immediately if an accident occurs. Repair costs up to the bicycle’s price will be charged.
