Prometheus Cave - Kumistavi owes a famous legend about Amirani for the sonorous naming of the “Cave of Prometheus.”
The legend says that Amirani, like Prometheus, angered the Gods and was punished brutally.
The eagle tormented him, eating his liver; however, unlike the Greek giant, cruel Gods were chained.
Amirani, not to the rock, but inside a massive cave.
Khvamli Mountain is visible from Prometheus Cave, where the legend says Prometheus was chained.
Spectacular views of stalactites, stalagmites, petrified waterfalls, underground rivers, and cave lakes.
The cave has colorful lights, ranging from orange-red to pink and blue.

Martvali canyon and Prometheus Cave - The tour was amazing !! Absolutely loved it, for sure we would recommend, specially our tour guide (Ana )was amazing too we enjoyed the trip took so many great pictures and she explains very well and she is very helpful kind and joyful person. I would love to take another tour with her. Overall it was perfect 🤩

Nice tour guide - Tengo was a very nice guide who met us in Kutaisi. He was friendly and had very nice energy. He alsoade sure that everyone felt great!

Tengo and his amazing tour - Tengo was an amazing guide! He took us around exploring like we were old friends. He answered our questions and provided good information about the local culture and nearby hub. The tour had a mixture of exploring a bit of cave hiking , boat riding, zip lining. Tengo also provided some wonderful recommendations which we enjoyed and a really funny entertaining guy

Best curated trip by Budget Friendly tours and equally well executed by TENGO - I booked this trip with budget tours only for the reason that they were offering drop to Tbilisi as well. I did have apprehensions that Okatse canyon was not included in the trip. But boy, was i tired by the end of the 2 visits.
Coming to the curation, the trip is well planned and beautifully executed by the my buddy TENGO. The starting point was easy to locate, so was Tengo with his beautiful smile, who ensured all were in before the vehicle came in. He got us to the restaurant before heading to the first spot, so that we can order in advance for our lunch. The plan was awesome thinking on his part as it let us keep up with the time. He also obliged with clicking us pics, was very helpful to me as I was traveling alone, and also made small conversations with us so that we open up with each other, and boy he's a CRAZY FOOTBALL FAN. He could just go on and on with football.
Coming to the guidance part, he did well by explaining all the history and technical stories about both the PROMETHEUS CAVE & MARTVILI CANYON. And also cleared all the doubts anyone asked, keeping the atmosphere fun and friendly all the time.
Just one complaint on the AC of the vehicle as it could not keep up with temperature regulation during daytime. Hope the company takes care of it. Else, its a great trip package.

Memorable day at Kutaisi Cannyon and Cave - It was a wonderful experience with budget friendly tours. Worth visiting all sites, well organised and well managed by our both Tour guides Chinka and Ana. Ana was our tour guide and she managed it very well, very nice and kind person who took care of all group throughout the time very well. She is a 5 star 🌟 tour guide and will definitely recommend as must to do with same tour operator. I couldn't get many pictures but it's really worth enjoying this trip.

Fun enriching experience - We spent a wonderful day with Tengo, he was very friendly, and funny... Flexible and time respecting in the same time... Knew how to manage the group...we had so much fun .. I highly recommend!
