Once in a lifetime experience - A once in a lifetime experience. We didn’t get to see sunrise and it was quite cloudy but still happy we did it. We will do it again in summer just to get that view uninterrupted- and we would definitely use this company for it!

An extraordinary experience not to be missed - An absolutely incredible experience made to 5 people and without any downside: Thanks to very good communication, we were picked up at the meeting point, in front of our riad, at 5:45 a.m. sharp! Once there, we were offered tea while the pods were towed and the balloons inflated. A magical spectacle because we suddenly see lots of hot air balloons taking shape here and there in the landscape. Then we climbed into our pod... Great pilot who explained to us how the flight lasted between 30 and 40 minutes. The spectacle of balloons rising is just magic.  And when the sun rises, it’s as if the scene were lighting up! The calm up there is indescribable.  The landing went smoothly.  Then we were offered a hearty Berber breakfast in a tent. We were given a flight certificate with our names in Arabic.  Finally, back in trouble to the starting point.  A little more thing: we accepted Yacine's offer who offers, for 500 €, a video of our flight with his drone.  The video is amazing: high quality editing, nice music and an unforgettable memory of our experience! Palmsballooning has really ensured and we have already recommended their services to our friends who are planning a trip to Marrakech. Go ahead!

Bucket List Experience - This trip was amazing from start to finish. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the location where there was Moroccan tea waiting before we went up in the balloon. The whole flight was amazing and better than expected. When we landed there was breakfast waiting for us which was delicious. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Hot Air Balloon Atlas Phenomenal! - One of the best experiences of my life. We had perfect weather, and everything went very smoothly. Views were out of this world. The waiting area was clean and had clean toilet facilities. We were delighted with the trip. We purchased the drone footage and also received about 30 professional photos when we received it, which was a lovely surprise. The drone footage is incredible. I’d highly recommend this tour. Our only grievance was that we were told pick up was 5:45, which I had to write to the operator to ask, but the driver was told 5:30. He arrived at 5:20 and was really annoyed when we only came down at 5:37 as we hurried to get down when we realised he was there so early. It got to things off to a negative start, I’d like to see the operator ensure they reach out to all clients with pick up times the day before to avoid this happening again.

Mirai, it's great. Marrakech is the best. Balloon happy. - It's a very wonderful experience!! I joined this activity with a friend. We had them picked up near the hotel and the journey was very smooth. The activity itself was also very wonderful and something I could not experience back home. If you're visiting Marrakech, don't miss it.

A lovely experience - The overall experience was lovely. The pilot, George was exceptionally knowledgeable and we felt safe and secure. The flight was shorter than expected. My only suggestion would be that there should be a bit more communication. Letting us know where we should go and even in the balloon ride, having someone point out the various things to look at. Would highly recommend though.
