Spectacular sun rise - This was a surprise gift to my partner for his birthday so it had to be special. I booked the early slot to ensure that we had a sunrise ride and what a sunrise we got - it was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast afterwards was very generous and tasty. Overall a very memorable experience. The only downsides were that there was a bit of waiting around when you got to the site and also our transfer arrived 15 minutes before the specified time so we were rushing around to get ready so the van didn’t leave without us

Great Experience - This was a great experience. There was 12 passengers plus staff with our balloon. Liftoff, flight and landing were smooth and trouble free. All procedures were well explained and clear. Great experience.

Fantastic ! - What an experience ! Early pick up, 05.30am and a short drive to get our pre flight drink. Arranged our professional pics and video, a lot cheaper than i thought ! Another short trip to reach our balloon. Great instructions given of how to get in and before we knew it we were off. Very quiet and peaceful, watched the sunrise with other balloons in the sky. Before we knew it, it was time to decend. A little bumpy upon landing but added to a great experience. We we taken back for drinks and breakfast before taken back to our hotel. I highly recommend this trip ! 5☆

Perfect! - The walk is fantastic. The van picked us up at the door and led us to a place where dozens of balloons were flying. The sunrise contracting with the balloons in the air was something beautiful.

Bucket list experience - loved it! - This was on by bucket list and was well worth the 5am pickup from my hotel. The team were very friendly and I received updates from them the night before. Tom, the pilot and owner, was very friendly and helpful and his customer services were excellent - understanding that the customer experience is a priority. The breakfast at the departing area was good and there are clean toilets there too. Safety briefing was good. There is also the opportunity to buy a photo and video package, which as a solo traveller, was 300 Durham - payable in cash so make sure you take some with you. Spent about 40 minutes in the air watching the sunrise which was an amazing experiences. Will do again next time I am in Marrakesh.

Astounding experience,... - Astounding experience, very lovely staff, food was authentic Berber, I struggle with ARFID so didn't eat much but I was assured it was very nice. The certificate was a lovely souvenir and they wrote your name in Arabic too. Better value for money than other balloon rides we've seen elsewhere
