• Arrival Transfers: The driver will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes after the flight’s scheduled landing time, allowing for passport control and luggage retrieval.
• Departure Transfers: The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time at the hotel or accommodation.

If the traveler does not arrive or make contact within the designated waiting time, the service will be deemed a no-show, as the driver may have other commitments.
