Excellent group - Hossain tichira excellent trip and experience, very friendly driver and zaid guide is excellent showing us the place. They speak many languages and explain very well. It is worth knowing the waterfalls are wonderful, I recommend it 100%

Amazing. - Really cool, a driver picks us up to make the way to the loading place, once arrived a guide explains the program of the excursion. We were accompanied by the kind and kind super guide Khalid, the place is beautiful and impressive and the boat tour really fun.

Very good - The place is beautiful, the walk down is very nice, but I recommend going with comfortable and safe shoes, booties.
The boat ride is very nice.
Having a guide who speaks in Spanish is very good to enjoy the experience more

Great experience to ouzoud Waterfalls with hamza - I went to ouzoud waterfalls with my wife and 3 children, it’s was one of the best places we visite in Morocco, we see wonderful nature and visit women’s cooperative of natural things, and we do the boat, delicious tajine and funny monkeys, I got alot fun, I would like to thank our guide/driver hamza was very attentive and explained well. Safe drive highly recommended for everyone.

Mixed Experience – Helpful Staff but Pricing Issues - Overall a mixed experience. The booking staff were helpful and quickly resolved a pickup issue. The guide was excellent, fluent in English and French. However, we felt overcharged—despite paying upfront, the guide requested additional payment for himself 30 DH . The boat only cost 20 DH on-site. It’s unclear if this was a misunderstanding or not. I’d recommend booking only the basic trip and paying for extras (boat ~€2, guide ~€3, lunch ~€8) separately on the day.
