Unforgettable Experience at the Ourika Waterfalls with Hacimi - Our visit to the Ourika waterfalls was more than amazing – it was truly super! The scenery was breathtaking and the hike was clear and easy to follow. Our guide Hacimi was extremely friendly, gave us great advice, and explained everything very well. We also enjoyed a delicious meal with a beautiful view of the waterfall. Highly recommended!

Top experience, top guide! - The Ourika Falls were a great experience! The nature is beautiful and the walk was adventurous. Our guide HACIMI made it complete: friendly, helpful and he made sure we could enjoy ourselves safely and relaxed. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech!

A breath of air - The road is pleasant and allows to see varied landscapes. There climb to the falls is just as pretty with diverse vegetation. The restaurants by the water allow a peaceful relaxation. The food is simple and very good. The guide was on top with us

Professional guides and easy day out! - I can’t remember our guides name from today, but him and Mohammed were fantastic at the waterfalls. Making sure everyone was comfortable and safe when crossing some of the rocks. Their care with everyone in the group was just admirable. I was the only English speaking person within the tour and I was never at a disadvantage. everytime the guide said something in French he made sure I understood in English. This continuity continued all day with each of our stops too. Not to mention the driver, who’s clearly skilful and professional when driving those bumps and bends. Well air conditioned vehicle and the walk too isn’t too strenuous. I would suggest though - make sure your hands are free for the walk. Don’t carry bottled water like me! Just a cross body bag or backpack would do! Great communication and response from company too.

Ourika Valley Tour - We thoroughly enjoyed the Ourika Valley Trip. Thanks to our tour guide Simo, he was very nice and helful, made the trip enjoyable he showed us the best places to enjoy the views.

great trip - Great local guide (Hassan) and everything was well organized. The pickup service from our riad was very nice. There was a little delay but was okay. The van was comfortable and the whole trip is a lovely escape from Marrakech.

Far too touristy & tacky. - Far too touristy & tacky. We felt like a crop to be harvested. I would not recommend this trip. It's a beautiful area of Morocco admittedly.

Bad communication - Through getyourguide we booked a trip with Ando travel. The evening in advance we received information from them through WhatsApp. A question to them in reply wasn’t answered. Unfortunately, I became ill overnight and (75 min before pickup time) I informed them through WhatsApp that the driver would not need to pick us up because of this. I also asked them if they could make a refund - no reply either. When trying to call them 3 days later they didn’t answer my call, but suddenly they replied to my WA message that I would need to contact getyourguide, which I did. Getyourguide contacted Ando and came back that the driver waited in vain for us - this I don’t believe, and if they did, why didn’t they contact me when the driver was waiting? All in all, Ando travel is very bad in its communication and their statements are not credible. A disappointing experience.
