loved it - An unforgettable experience in the Agafay Desert!
The views were absolutely breathtaking and the whole atmosphere felt peaceful and authentic. Our guide was incredibly kind and made the experience even more special with his warmth and local knowledge. Watching the sunrise over the desert was truly magical — a moment I’ll never forget. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine and unforgettable desert adventure!

Unforgettable experience! - An unforgettable experience!
The landscapes were simply breathtaking, bathed in magical light that gave a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. I really appreciated the kindness and attention of my guide, who made this moment even more special.
A real moment out of time that I will keep preciously in memory. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to live a unique experience in the heart of the desert.

Wonderful sunset seen from the sky. - We had a wonderful experience with an impeccable organization.
Everything starts with a captivating spectacle as to the preparation of hot air balloons, with the phase of inflation and heating of the air.
This is followed by boarding assisted by the technicians who were preparing the balloons just before, which provides a feeling of complete security.
At this moment, the magic operates with the appearance of a breathtaking panorama, a feeling of lightness, no feeling of vertigo comes to disturb this fantastic experience, only happiness, wonder.
The highlight of the show, the sunset, beautiful, unforgettable.... better than a dream since we really live it....and this in an almost monastic silence....
A big congratulations to our guide who organized this getaway , which took place as on music paper and will remain forever etched in memory.
I highly recommend this excursion, eyes closed, but better open them to fully enjoy the beauty of the show.

Absolutely lovely experience - Myself and my wife had a great time on this adventure. The scenes were lovely and we enjoyed taking many beautiful pictures during the activity. The tour guide was very friendly and impressive too. He ensured we enjoyed every bit of the fun during the activity. Thank you so much for the well organised adventure. The sunset especially was one of our major highlights in Marrakesh.

Scam alert - Lesson learned - cutting the middle man is the best policy when booking this activity. You have all those suppliers competing with each other - Advertising for things that they have no intention on offering or dupe you with the choice of words used in their ads.
Due to safety concerns, the Moroccan Ministry of Transport had temporarily suspended the licenses of a few hot air balloon activities in Marrakech. It was like pulling teeth communicating with this supplier. I was concerned but ignored for a few weeks until a few days before the day of (1st red flag).
I personally like to read reviews before committing and my 2nd mistake was to go with a supplier that had only 3 reviews but they offered “A dedicated video of flight on hot air balloon for each person” which is something that others didn’t offer. Although they were pricier, I went with them. Rude awakening cause you have to pay extra. Notice how that option is included on the ad.
Another misleading/omitted info: The Quad Bike Adventure. it is shared - If you’re a solo traveler you share with a stranger or pay extra.
Bottom line: the ruse tactics somewhat put a damper on the whole experience for me. All my texts are still being ignored. Very unprofessional
