• Medina of Marrakesh - The operator will pick guests up from their hotel and drive south towards the Moulay Brahim Gorges. After approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, they will arrive at the village of Asni to explore a weekly market (available on Saturdays only).

Continuing to the village of Imlil (1,740m), situated in the upper foothills of the Western High Atlas Mountains, guests will leave the vehicle to enjoy a refreshing glass of mint tea. Following the tea, the hike begins! The group will walk south to the Berber village of Aroumd (1,843m), passing through charming hamlets. Guests will have the opportunity to see Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in Morocco and North Africa. The views are breathtaking, and the operator will share insights about the Berber lifestyle.

The hike proceeds until reaching the village of Ait-Souka, where lunch will be served in a Berber family’s home. After lunch, guests will be driven back to Marrakech, arriving at 4:30 pm.

• High Atlas Mountains - Aroumd is a quaint Berber village in the Ait Mizane Valley of the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco. It has a population of around 1,900 and is situated 1,900 meters above sea level. Aroumd is a 40-minute walk up the valley from Imlil, offering a quieter and more traditional experience.
