Incredible Ballooning Experience - What a great experience. We were picked up from our hotel early morning, got to the camp where a fire and hot tea were waiting for us. The balloon ride was incredibly smooth and quiet but the sites were beautiful. We floated over the towns and the desert, saw the Atlas mountains in the distance and took incredible pictures. Yoosef was with us making the ride more memorable with his Zen talk. Served breakfast after the ride was the cherry on top of the experience. Keep up the good job, Yoosef. Overall a 5 star experience!!!!! MUST TRY IT WHEN IN MARRAKESH

Wow. Thank you Ballooning Experience ! - The best experience in Marrakech! The balloon ride was incredible, very safe and well-planned. They have their camp, it's a locally owned business, and the small group setting is the best choice if you do not want to feel like part of a crowd. The ride itself was a bit over one hour and we flew at multiple heights and felt connected with nature and the magnificence of this place, having ample time to enjoy and also take plenty of pictures. Youssef and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Look no more! This is the best choice you can make :)

Sunrise spectacular 🌞!!!! - It was an amazing experience! At first my daughter and I were a bit nervous but our pilot was great in explaining what to expect and put us at ease for a smooth ride, which it was. We were welcomed with tea/coffee and pastry then took flight. Saw the most amazing sunrise at a pretty high altitude. Our balloon had only 8 of us and we were up there for a good 50 minutes, unlike other companies we saw which did less time up and at low altitude. It was my daughter’s 30th birthday which we mentioned during flight with the group. On our way back to the campsite unbeknownst to us the host called his staff and upon arrival a beautiful decoration was done for her with happy birthday signs and all. A super great Moroccan breakfast was served with everything looking and tasting fresh. I would recommend this company a hundred times. The owner/pilot and his crew are very well organized, friendly and welcoming. It was a GREAT experience. When in Marrakech and want the best balloon ride go with this company. You will not regret it. Wonderful "moment suspended" - A flight offered by my children for my 70th birthday, in the form of a scrap a box filled with sand with on the lid in drawing collage of my grandson: dunes, camel palms and a hot air balloon... there was much more in this box!!!. There was an extraordinary competent team, listening, who made us feel the wind of the desert, the rising sunlight, the warmth of smiles and complicity of our small "team" of 7 people who had just acquainted, their complicity to wish me my birthday in the open sky first then to the descent into music and "gate". A wonderful moment thanks to Youssef, caring, competent and deeply human and the whole team... a small committee flight of almost an hour safely. Worthwhile Experience - So this experience was booked by my FIL for my girlfriend’s birthday. I am usually quite skeptical about booking things like this myself as they are quite expensive and I wouldn’t want to feel disappointed…. We were certainly not disappointed! We were picked up not far from our Riad in the Medina by Mohammed at around 5:50am in his comfortable Van and there was a short ride to pick another couple up on the other side of the Medina. There was a 40 minute journey out of Marrakech into the desert to the camp where we were greeted with coffee/tea and some snacks. This is also when we met the pilot, Youssef. Because of the stronger than usual winds we ended up driving about 20 minutes south east of the camp so that the Balloon did not enter the limit when we were in the air. It was quite cloudy and chilly as we started to ascend but once we hit 700m we were above the cloud and the view did not disappoint. This was the most surreal experience of a lifetime, it didn’t feel real floating above the clouds watching the sunrise in the distance with all the other balloons also In front of us. Youssef took lots of photos with our phones and made it such an enjoyable experience. We spent a total of c. 1 hour in the air just taking in the breathtaking views. Once we landed we were quickly whisked back to camp where we enjoyed a traditional Moroccan breakfast, coffee, tea and juice. The food was amazing, we pretty much polished the lot of it. They had decorated the camp with a happy birthday banner and balloons for my girlfriend and after the breakfast they even brought out a cake for her and sung happy birthday in 3 languages (English, French & Arabic) The cake was absolutely delicious and very well made. After this we were dropped back at the meeting point by Mohammed. The whole experience from pickup to drop off was around 5.5 hours and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who wants to do a Balloon ride. Very professional team, super friendly and polite.

Magical experience - Fantastic experience Well worth getting up at 5.30 in the morning Youseff was so friendly and humble made everyone welcome and at ease especially those that were nervous including me. There was 8 of us in the basket perfect view for all of us even the couple of shorter ones of us. Sunrise was beautiful we were up in the air just as it was breaking so perfect timing for photos. So smooth so clear and so perfect. Finished off with breakfast in the desert in the traditional way on pouffes.

Magical experience by Youseff and his team. - Ballooning is not to be missed. It is a kind of magical experience, and Youseff and his team ensure you discover the magic. I wish I could give this adventure 10+ stars. It was a great great great experience. Youseff and his team are great at communicating from before you sign up until you are returned to your riad or hotel after the experience. They are a lot of fun, but they are also total professionals - focused on the safety and happiness of their clients. We were picked up exactly as promised; we arrived at the launch location to coffee and tea. A real safety briefing followed with confirmation of understanding in at least 4 languages. We separated in to 4 groups, I think, with no more than 8 in a balloon. 8 v 24+ in other companies’ balloons is a big part of the better experience here. A long ride followed, promised at 40 minutes but more like an hour for us. Throughout, Youseff ensured we had photos for all the key moments, that we were able to appreciate the experiences, and that we were safe. When we landed, a much bigger than expected breakfast awaited - delicious! I cannot say enough positives about how this team operates, you could not be in better hands. Choose this experience if planning to balloon in Marrakech.

Best Ballooning experience ever! Amazing - This was the most amazing experience!! I have done this in New Zealand and this just blew me away. From the arrival, excitement of the ride and the spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains, the expanse of other balloons around us and of course our guide, it was perfect. A wonderful breakfast after and a birthday surprise cake for my husband and dancing with everyone. It made our trip to Morocco, and I wish I had found these guys sooner to go on other events with them. From Jane and Nigel ..... do it !!!

Great experience - Yousef and his crew were superb. Pickup up and drop off went very smooth. The balloon ride was fantastic. Yousef give us some very clear instructions before the flight and more information during the flight. The nice thing about this flight is that you are only with 6 passengers and Yousef in the basket which gives you the opportunity to talk to the pilot during the flight. There are some other companies where there are 24 people in the basket, which does to feel very attractive to me. After the flight we had a very nice breakfast in the desert. Jan and Christine
