Awesome experience - Wow, this was an experience not to be missed, we arrived early to a delicious berber breakfast, and a fire lit outside this gorgeous morrocan tent, we were slightly late going in the balloon has it had a very slight wind, once they were fine with the weather conditions we drove to climb aboard, honestly we felt so safe and looked after, the pilot was very funny and kept making us laugh, it was such a smooth take off and landing, and then once you are up it's the most beautiful peaceful experience, didn't think my friends would do this trip, one of them does not like heights, but they all embraced it and had an amazing time. Highly recommend this to anyone and you feel fantastic once you have done this 🧡

Serene experience overlooking desert at sunrise - Picked up at hotel promptly 4:5am as I was first of many stops, long drive out to site but lovely breakfast of teas, coffees, crepes, bread, jam, olives, hard boiled eggs. Then drive to hit air balloons. Directed to board by weight to equalize lift off and landing the airship.Beautiful sunrise with picturesque view of all the other balloons and sunrise! The landing personnel were great at filming us individually with balloon which would have been impossible in the sky! Great adventure -glad I did this in Morocco my third voyage -prior in Egypt and USA! Highly recommend this company!👍

Fantastic experience - This experience was fantastic. We are a family of 5 adults. We were picked up in a large car from our hotel and driven to the balloon. We were in the balloon very quickly. Our balloon host was vet safety conscious with a really good sense of humour and put me (who is afraid of heights) at complete ease. We had about 1 hour in the balloon. It all ran very smoothly. Breakfast was in a lovely setting and was beautiful. The only comment I have is that communication was poor leading up to the experience, and I was getting concerned about no responses to our messages. However about 11 hours beforehand we got a call from the organiser and at midnight our driver texted us details of pickup and a location map. I would highly recommend doing the camel ride after the breakfast which was €20 extra. Everyone involved in the experience were very friendly and had it all well organised and controlled. Highly recommend

Desert Flight - Pilot and flight were excellent. I would have liked more time in the air Ground staff were pleasant, but communication was limited. Breakfast and amenities are very good

short flight - Nice experience. Communication the night before the cruise was very difficult. Only very late we heard that we would be picked up at 4.40 am. Unfortunately it took endless time for the balloon to take off, so we missed the sunrise. There were 2 balloons, they were really stuffed. In the largest 22 people, the first people had to slide in lying down and really stay down all the time until the basket came up. In the 2nd balloon 16 people. Flight took only 40 min and you only see desert and other balloons. Berber breakfast is not much; a hard boiled egg, tea and warm bread with jam or honey All in all; nice to have experienced.

Super flight - Very nice flight it will remain a very nice time, after we regret not having our flight certificate as indicated in the announcement and the breakfast announced continental was not the same as the title and the bus driver was very abrupt, otherwise the flight and breakfast Berber at the top the pilot of the balloon at the top

ATTENTION! Communication 👎🏾 Experience 👍🏾 - The actual hot air balloon experience was truly unforgettable — a breathtaking and memorable highlight that lived up to expectations. The staff and balloon conductor were professional, attentive, and clearly prioritized passenger safety, making the flight itself feel secure and enjoyable. However, the lead-up to the experience left much to be desired. Communication around pickup times and meeting points was extremely poor, with multiple failed attempts to reach the tour operator and helpline. Information was only provided very late the night before, which was stressful given the early morning departure. The transportation logistics were also disorganized and confusing, with no clear guidance on where to go or who to meet, and multiple operators present at the same pickup point. Additionally, the washroom facilities at the meeting site were below standard, with cleanliness and basic functionality like working flushes and faucets being an issue. Given the number of positive reviews for this excursion, it’s clear the experience itself is highly regarded — and rightly so. But the poor coordination, vague departure information on Tripadvisor, and lack of timely communication significantly detracted from what could have been a seamless adventure. A clearer, more transparent process — including a simple disclaimer about late confirmation of pickup details — would greatly improve the overall experience.

Beautiful experience !... - Beautiful experience ! The team at the air ballooning was really professional and kind. The breakfast was really good too.

Avoid if it’s not sunrise - Unfortunately the sunrise flight was fully booked so we went on the 8:30 am balloon ride. I would definitely NOT recommend going other times than sunrise or sunset. When the sun is fully out, the light becomes so hazy and there is no more horizon. Which made the landscape very boring, and not very interesting, just dry flat land, and barely no other balloons flying. We also were rushed into the balloon as soon as we got off the car, leaving no time to take nice photos with the balloon or just appreciate what we are about to experience (which after all wasn’t that memorable anyway). After the ride, still no real chance to take a photo with the balloon as it’s get deflated right away. We were then brought to a so called “berber” breakfast which consisted of 2 types of “bread”, some jam jars impossible to open because crowded with bees, and a thousand bees flying around you. I think the experience could have been much better though if it had been a sunrise flight.
