Up up away - It was lovely, a lot of people in the baske were're unaware of other people's space. They were having a photo shoot instead of enjoying the moment

Must do experience - Great experience and a must do while in Marrakech, we chose the early morning flight to watch the sunrise over the mountains which gave us breathtaking views and unforgettable memories. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and made everyone feel at ease. Overall 10/10 experience👍🏼

Aerial tour - The day started at 5 o'clock in the morning, then you are driven for about 40 minutes out into the desert where you get tea/coffee and some good cookies. Then ballons start and blow up and you take off. It is very nice to see the sunrise from the balloon and to hang so high over the ground. In addition, there are several other balloons in the air that give good pictures. The balloon tour lasts for about 45 minutes, this lasts, as the highlight of the tour is the sunrise. It can be a little cold in the morning in the desert so recommend bringing a thin sweater (we took this trip in late July)

Beautiful sunrise - Amazing experience at a great price. The communication could be better prior and during the tour as often we just followed others to try and work out where we needed to be - but ultimately we got in a balloon and had a great experience! Berber breakfast after was delicious

Great experience! - Great time, well worth the early morning. The crew is efficient, the coffee was strong and the view spectacular. Ballon pilot was a pro and great sense of humor. Special shout out to driver Zach for the extra coffee and good music!

It was an activity... - It was a fun activity to do, alone, EN friends or as a couple. I was afraid that 45 minutes in the air would seem long but it was so beautiful to see that you can’t see time passing. Only downside we did not have the certificate that is written in the description but otherwise nothing to say, the people there were adorable and the breakfast excellent.

Great value - This is really good value although we had some concerns regarding pick up time. We had completed the booking prior to the holiday with Viator and I knew that it would be an early pick up. However, despite many phone calls, messages/ texts to the tour company and Viator, we had no communication regarding the pick up time until 9.10 the evening before. This might be acceptable for some people but the fact that we had heard nothing since the original booking had me a little worried. However, one we had the confirmed pick up time, everything was great. We were picked up on time and because there was only the two of us, we ended up in a jeep ( so almost a free jeep safari). We were taken to a meeting place where the continental breakfast was provided - cake, juice and tea/ coffee . We were then taken to the balloon site , where you watch the balloons inflate . The actual flight was good and we seemed to be a considerable time in the air. We saw the sun rise over the atlas mountains , which was beautiful, but you don't fly over anything of any real interest (desert). What was good about this company was they didn't try to make you buy additional things - I have completed a balloon flight a few years back and they were trying to get you to buy drone images and photos - there was non of this! After the flight we were taken back for a Berber breakfast which was interesting. Unfortunately, our jeep left us so we were a little time waiting for transportation back to the hotel but all in all it was good value for money.
