Phenomenal experience, spectacular views and amazing staff - Absolutely phenomenal experience, picked up from hotel and drove about 1 hour. Greeted with tea and a campfire whilst we waited for the balloon to be prepared. Once in the air the views were incredible, watching the sunrise over the mountains, floating below and above the clouds. The staff on the ground and agne the pilot were amazing and so attentive. We then landed and had breakfast and given a flight certificate. This was definitely the highlight to our holiday and would recommend to anyone.

A must do excursion in Agadir - Absolutely phenomenal trip from start to finish. Got picked up at 05:15am from the hotel to take a drive to the site where we got greeted by everyone and was offered snacks and tea/coffee. After the safety talk we watched the ballon get inflated and then the next thing were inside it and ready to go! After a swift 50 minutes it was ready to land which was smooth as anything! After landing we drove back to the site where we had a lovely breakfast! Couldn’t recommend Agne and the team enough! Well worth every penny!

Amazing trip - Got picked up from our hotel at 4.45 am. Took around an hour to the site greeted by our Pilots with a short briefing and explaining what will happen. We left anything we didn't want to take up in the car that brought us (kept safe). Saw the balloon inflat and got in and went up. There was amazing views and took lots of photos to remember my great memories. Had a smooth landing and was greated with our cars who followed us to the landing site which took us back for a few nibbles and water/tea.

Hot air balloon flight in Agadir - Magnificent experience with the pilot Mathieu, very passionate about his job and an excellent adventure really, breathtaking landscapes, we were able to observe the truly magnificent sunrise 😍 A very good breakfast Don't hesitate, go for it 😍😍😍

Breathtaking - Wow this trip was truly amazing! Our pilot was Agnè, she is a silver world championship medalist. Agnè was absolutely lovely really informative and gave us the full experience. I am a little afraid of heights (when on the London cable car or London eye, I hate it I don't want anyone to move or even talk I am rigid scared) But the balloon was completely different I wasn't scared at all it's so peaceful and beautiful I 100% recommend it. There were about 10 crew members to set up the balloon and get us into the air and to come and find us once we had landed. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity and definitely worth the money and we had a lovely breakfast aswel. A breathtaking experience! Wishing Agnè all the best for gold in September ☺️

Horrible - Unfortunately I had an unacceptable experience with Adventure Balloon Marrakesh. I booked a hot air balloon offer on Viator that, as listed in the description included a hot air balloon ride and a hammam visit. Two days before the planned balloon ride I asked to get details about the organisation and pick up time and was informed that the hammam was in fact not included, and that that should have been obvious to me when looking at the price. I was still willing to go along with the booking though at that point as the price was still reasonable. The night before the booked flight at around 9pm I received a message by WhatsApp with a pickup time that was slightly different from what was told beforehand. The messages were then deleted shortly after. When I was asking about the messages I was then told that in fact my booking had been cancelled and I should book another product, as mine was not available anymore. I was told that I could rebook the ride for more than 25% extra if I wanted. They were adamantly unwilling to offer me the ride at the booked price. It was meant to be a birthday present for my partner, instead we did now have to spend our day otherwise. I have never experienced such unacceptable customer service and therefore can not recommend anyone to book with Adventure Balloon Marrakesh. Quality of a company always shows when something doesn’t go to plan! - and in this case they failed miserably!
