Very Relaxing - Everyone was very kind and helpful. The hammam was thorough and the massage was super peaceful and relaxing. Everything is provided for you from robes to undergarments to a nice cup of tea at the end.

A Beautifully Relaxing and Authentic Experience - From start to finish, the experience was thoughtful and well-organised. We were picked up directly from our hotel and warmly greeted by the owner, who personally walked us to the hammam. He took the time to sit with us and explain what we’d be experiencing, as well as the natural products used.
We were then shown to a private changing area and given a robe, towel, undergarments, a basket for our clothes, and a locker with a key for our belongings—everything was clean and well-prepared.
Two friendly ladies invited us into the steam room, where they gently applied three different treatments: two were rich, soothing creams, and the third was a natural clay mixed with traditional medicinal ingredients. Each one was carefully applied and allowed to work on the skin, leaving us feeling deeply cleansed and refreshed.
Afterwards, we were guided to the massage room and offered a bottle of water while we rested for a few minutes. The massage that followed was soft, relaxing, and beautifully done. They even gave us time afterwards to lie back and fully enjoy the calming atmosphere.
To finish, we were taken to a peaceful Moroccan-style lounge and offered traditional mint tea while we waited for our return transfer.
The staff were professional, kind, and clearly experienced. The whole experience felt special and authentic—I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a true taste of Moroccan wellness.

Best Massage Ever!! - It was the most amazing scrub and massage I have ever had!! So invigorating and then relaxing.... the massage was very thorough.
All the staff were professional and polite.
Suitable for couples and close friends , due to the fact that most clothes are removed!

A 'must do' in marrakech - Myself and my wife had hammam today, we were really looking forward to it, but didnt know what to expect.
We were highly impressed from start to finish, even with just the wash itself.
It was an extremely enjoyable experience - then came the massage which was super relaxing.
We came out floating on air, perfect start to a holiday.
All the staff who dealt with us were extremely friendly, accomodating & pleasant.
The communication from the operator was excellent & always kept us up to date & very accomodating.
We really could not recommend this experience or company more.

I recommend it 👌 - It was an amazing experience of traditional Hamam and massage. After we felt very relaxed and our skin was soft and shiny. Also, the transfer was on time.

Hayman Experience - Was a great private experience for a couple to share together! Would highly recommend. The location can be a bit daunting on arrival but dont be put off the staff are lovely.

Very nice experience, worth a go for couples - A very interesting experience, a few hiccups with transportation from hotel resulting in a later start but overall experience of hammam and massage was great! The morrocon tea was really nice too. Initially asked to change in a room into a towel then taken to hammam room for traditional bathing and then followed by gentle massage and tea before departing. Thank you
