In memory forever! - My husband and I took the tour to the Sahara Desert between May 13 and 17, 2026 and we would like to leave a special thanks to our tour leader, Ibrahim. Ibrahim did an excellent job throughout the trip. Always with good disposition, sympathy and tremendous patience, he managed to solve in the best way all the challenges and situations that arose during the journey, making the experience even more special and peaceful for everyone. We were extremely happy and grateful for the professionalism and dedication shown. Congratulations on having such a competent and human collaborator on your team. Thank you for this unforgettable experience. With the best greetings, Margarida

Impeccable - We loved ALL of our trip! We know it was a low budget trip and yet everything that was delivered was better than expected. The staff always asks and explains everything that was going to happen, the guides (Omar and Mohamed were amazing) the very good hotels, especially the Riad Nour Boutique (Yassine and Mohamed were impeccable), the stops to eat on the road all very delicious and in the time. The drivers and all the people involved (a large team) made this experience unforgettable. We did the tour of 5 days (first and last being only arrival and departure respectively). Thank you for all your support!

I want to leave here my thanks to Marrakech Trips for the excellent experience provided during my trip - I would like to highlight especially our guide, Hamid, who was simply amazing. Very professional, friendly and always available to help, in addition to having a great knowledge about the local culture and history. Thanks to him, the experience was even more special and authentic. I highly recommend this company and, if possible, ask Hamid as a guide! Thank you for everything!

Very good. - 5 stars. Runs all mt well. From arrival until the last day. Our guide Omar is 5 stars, very friendly and helpful. If you can choose the pack with Riad, it is undoubtedly more immersive. No doubt everything made our trip more enjoyable. Nobody expects a luxury experience, it is enough to know the local food their customs.

If you do not speak... - If you do not speak spanish or portugese, RUN AWAY. Here is my experience in short. Before I even booked my trip I requested confirmation, that pick up along the way is possible. This was confirmed as "No problem" and I booked my trip. I used the contact number before the trip to communicate the pick up at location, where I was staying and all still looked fine. But on the day of the trip, it became a big issue to provide me with the number of the bus driver. The contact person actually got so aggressive, that i was told I will find the money i paid at a hotel, and "go where you want". All this for asking for a contact number. Client friendly from the beginning. Still, in the end pick up happened. During the transfer, even though there was supposed to be an english guide, there was none. So information shared was extremely limited to none. Once arriving at first accommodation, the hotel was questionable. Lightbulbs instead of lamps, rooms, which for sure saw better days and I rather do not even start about the flies. But, survivable. Next day, which was supposed to be the highlight, the following happened: 1. visiting a Berber family and getting henna - it was actually a souvenir shop, where once entering, some clothing was pushed on everybody to take pictures. After that, they took the clothing and we could shop. When asked the "tour guide", what is next i was showed to go get lunch, so I missed the henna part as I did not know it was happening. 2. once arriving at the desert, I had the option to select a 4x4 or ride a camel at the camp. This did not happen at all, and together with all the people on my bus I was pushed to get on a 4x4. I mentioned multiple times, that I do not feel confident driving it, and that Im scared. Nobody listened and additionally I was told I need to pay 400 dirham on the spot as this is the way to get to the camp. I had no other option than to pay. When the drive started I stopped after maybe 700m and said im not driving as Im scared. My 4x4 stayed in that spot, and i could drive with one of the guides to the camp. 3. After arriving at the camp I was told that I will be moved to a different camp, as that is part of the package. Additionally, was informed, that there will be a pick up for dinner at this camp and to be ready. Pick up arrive late, which caused, that I missed the only sunset in the desert. 4. After dinner I looked for a guide and asked him, why was I not offered the came ride, which was part of my package. I was told, no problem, that next day morning I will have 10 min camel ride. No explanation, why this is handled this way. Third day of the trip, the pick up from my camp happened again over an hour late. Car brought us to where we got off the busses, and there I had the camel ride. It for sure was no riding the camel in the desert, as there were no sand dunes. when asking to return the 400 dirham, which i paid for a service i did not request and did not wanted to attend, it was a big issue. I have all the communication via Whatsup on my phone, which i will be attaching, which shows the way things were communicated with me. Not only does it show how the trip was suddenly cancelled and I needed to involve my Moroccan friends, so I can attend the trip, but as well, after the trip, they send me messages, telling me, that my bad review (not written by me, but another unsatisfied customer) will not have any affect on them, as they are to good. After asking them what that means, they right away deleted those messages, so I do not have the exact messages, but it shows, that they wee deleted. I have never experience a trip with such negligence and ignorance and especially arrogance. I really DO NOT understand, who these people can have only good reviews, but my experience was a full blown tragedy.

Bad communication. Pick... - Bad communication. Pick up 30 mins late despite confirmation day before. " Luxury air con minibus" was broken seat belts, arm rests, virtually no air con. Spent over 30 hours on this bus in 3 days. We had less than 12 hours at the camp which was the only highlight of this tour. The hotel was worse than a backpackers as the one shown in the advert was unavailable and was supposed to be a similar hotel offered. Bare light bulbs , stained bedding, chipped plates. Breakfast was a free for all with about 50 backpackers in the dining room. The tour operator did offer another hotel but by this time we didn't trust what we would get offered. Some of the toilet stops were disgusting. I have no idea where the 5 star review comes from.but it wasn't the experience we had or the group of tourists that we shared the bus with.
