• Ait Ben Haddou - A scheduled stop at Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou includes a guided tour, allowing exploration of historic mud-brick buildings and enjoying the magnificent views. Lunch is available at local eateries, with prices ranging from 8 to 12 euros, featuring traditional Moroccan dishes like tagine and couscous.
• Atlas Studios - A visit to the Atlas Film Studios, one of the largest in the world, offers a chance to explore film sets where famous movies and TV shows like Gladiator and Game of Thrones were filmed. The studio’s impressive backdrops replicate various historical and cultural landscapes, making it a captivating stop for film and history enthusiasts. Please note that entrance is paid, so the visit will be from the outside.
• Ouarzazate - The journey continues through Ouarzazate City, where the Kasbah can be viewed from the van as it is currently closed.
• El Kelaa M’gouna - The trip proceeds through Kalaat M’agouna and the Valley of Roses, with a break for coffee, restroom, and smoking.
• Boumalne Dades - The day concludes at Boumalne Dades, where guests will stay overnight in a comfortable guesthouse with private or shared ensuite rooms, including dinner and breakfast.
• Tinghir - The following day, after breakfast, the journey continues towards the picturesque Dades Valley and Todra Gorge, with a break for coffee, restroom, and smoking.
• Todgha Gorge - Upon arrival at Todra Gorge, a guided tour will showcase the towering cliffs and stunning rock formations. The guide will provide insights into the area’s history and nature. After the tour, lunch is available at local restaurants, costing between 10 to 15 euros, featuring traditional dishes like tagine and couscous with beautiful views of the gorge. It’s a perfect spot to relax before continuing the journey. At the end of the tour, guests are welcome to tip the guide to show appreciation for their efforts.
• Café Restaurant Tombouctou Touroug - After the tour, the journey continues to Merzouga, with a stop to purchase water for the desert camp and take a break. Guests can enjoy ice cream or coffee while relaxing and chatting with the driver.
• Book night in desert - Upon reaching the Osady camp in the Merzouga Desert, guests can enjoy a camel ride to the camp, taking in the stunning views of the dunes. After arrival, guests can relax and have dinner while enjoying a Berber show with traditional music and dancing under the stars. There is also an opportunity to admire the beautiful dunes before spending the night in a traditional Berber tent.
• Merzouga Desert - On the third day, guests will wake up and have breakfast at the camp, followed by a camel ride to the big dunes to watch the sunrise, a truly beautiful experience.
• El Kelaa M’gouna - The driver will make stops for restroom breaks, smoking, and coffee, with a longer stop in Kalaat Magouna for about 2 hours for lunch.
• Marrakech - The journey concludes with an evening arrival in Marrakech, where guests will be dropped off at their hotel, feeling happy and fulfilled from the trip.
