Benhaddou - Ben Haddou impressive and the Atlas film studios very interesting. Although the best thing about the trip was Hakim, a good driver, kind, attentive (he bought us water due to the heat without asking for anything in return), very professional and very patient.

Lovely experience - Ait ben haddou is about 4hrs from Marrakech so it's quite a long journey, but there are lots to see along the way & many photos stop. The van is comfortable. Our guide, Khalil, was punctual, professional, extremely helpful, super friendly, & incredibly knowledgeable! Ait Ben Haddou is a beautiful place and rich in history The lunch is included as we ask for a special program, the food was very good & in a beautiful setting. My daughter and I had a wonderful day!

Nice trip - I had good time there. I would recommend to anyone who do not have a few days to visit Merzouga because it is too far away from Marrakech

Beautiful Tour - This tour was absolutely beautiful and very convenient. We were picked up from a convenient location and driven to the location were the van and other passengers were. The drive to the two towns was beautiful, despite being very long. I really enjoyed just looking out the window, as the landscape was absolutely breath taking. The tours in both of the towns were well organized. My friend and I are both in our twenties, this tour was perfect for us.

Trip to sit Ben haddock and more - Khalil was great. We had requested a special itinerary and Khalid did it. He also took us to two shops that were slightly different and when we ran out cash loaned some till we got back to Marrakech. A great day and a chance to see another side of Morocco and its culture. Highly recommended.

Ait ben Haddou with khalil - Thank you Khalil, for the unforgettable experience and you care and kindness, it was our Highlight experience in Morocco, starting from the exact time of pick up and a big smile and deep conversation about Morocco history and traditions. The land escape from Marrakech to Ait Ben Haddou through the Altes Mountains are breathtaking, Khali make sure to stop in every place in order for us to enjoy it Highly recomanded!

Poorly organized and waited 45 minutes at the meeting point - And was notified as pick-up time 7 a.m. So we had to go to the meeting point without breakfast, as it is only offered in our riad from 7.30 am. We had to wait there until 7.45am until someone came in who was responsible for our booking! Believed that the long drive would finally start! Error! We were driven to another meeting point and it was after 8am.
What we found was an already full minibus in which already without driver 13 people sat, so with us then 15, and not, as in the description Max, 10 people!!! My husband was squeezed together in the last row and I was in the front three of the driver. At 8.30 a.m., it only started.
From air conditioning was little felt, so we drove almost exclusively with the window open.
The roads were very bad and there were many unpaved sections as well as construction sites. The driver had everything well under control and brought us safely to the sights.
So we were only in the highest midday heat at 38 degrees in Ait Ben Haddou. A German speaking guide was waiting for us there, who accompanied us through the city. Here we also had some time to look at everything.
But what then went on forever was lunch. We then drove to Ouarzazate, here we had only 20 minutes. So could only look at the Kasbah from the outside. Likewise the Atlas film studio. There we drove to the parking lot, but there was no time to visit, because we still had a long drive back.
Only before 9 p.m. did we reach our starting point again.
It was just annoying that the trip didn't start at 7am at the meeting point, but only at 8.30am somewhere else. This time was then missing in Ouarzazate.
Since the time management on this long trip was so bad, I will book again next time with another offer, where everything always worked out better and the pickup was on time!!!!

Typical tourist trap experience - The van was burning motor oil with all of the engine lights on the entire journey, creating nauseating fumes for everyone in the van. We were met in town by a guide who proceeded to rush us through the majority of the monument, with the exception of being forced to watch two demonstrations in an attempt to make us buy art and rugs. These demonstrations alone lasted longer than the time we had to explore the monument. On top of that, the guide completely disappeared on us during the rug selling bit and so the group just decided to explore on their own, and 20 minutes later the guide found us all and then proceeded to corral and hurry us up into one restaurant only with set menus of 4 options and incredibly overpriced.

DO NOT DO THIS TOUR - A really really horrible tour. The driver/guide did not explain a single thing to us on the ~4 hour drive to, or back from, the Ksar. At the Ksar itself we had to pay 25 dirham each for a local guide who told us no information and only gave us free time aside from dragging us into several shops (also the price for a guide is actually 20 dirham he lied to us). We stopped in Ouarzazate for maybe 10 minutes, no where near anywhere relevant and we were told we didn't have enough time in the town. A waste of a day. DO NOT DO THIS TOUR. I am requesting a refund.
