Choose Laila, Hands Down - Chef Laila was out, but Hamsa and his sister Esma were FANTASTIC! Our group was 11 people spanning the globe, we made three dishes (appetizer, main course, dessert) and they made it so fun and easy to follow along. I loved their enthusiasm, the ingredients were fresh, they sent us the recipes AND videos, and let’s not forget the complimentary Moroccan mint tea! Amazing all around, and highly recommend for anyone visiting Marrakech!

British v French session - The food was very tasteful, the lady Asma instructed very well with all ingredients required. I would have prefer the prawns in shells which they had for their own family meal towards the end of the session as being a seafood lover. We still had to go out to eat that evening for a meal..
