Great - They are very friendly and kindly. I can really enjoy cooking with other guests. They carefully and thoroughly explain how to cook the dish, including important tips to keep in mind and background information about the ingredients. That experience was amazing for me.

Fun & informative. - It was a really lovely cooking class & we had a great laugh with Laila & her daughter. We also learned a lot about Moroccan cooking. Laila's kitchen is set up really well, with plenty of space to cook & then enjoy the food after. I would 100% recommend this class, a fun way to spend half a day.

An exceptional culinary experience with Chef Laila - We had a very family friendly time with chef Laila and her daughter Asma. We learned how to cook different Moroccan salads and tagines. After cooking for 3 hours we were able to eat our creations: best culinary experience of our stay. A welcome and kindness that we will remember. A thousand thanks! Lucas

A brilliant culinary experience - This has to be one of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had as travellers. Our host, Laila, and her daughter were amazing hosts. They were so friendly and welcoming, treating us as guests of their family rather than clients. The group of fellow trainee chefs were all great company and helped to make it an unforgettable experience. We learned lots about Moroccan cooking, then had an absolutely delicious meal together. I can't recommend this highly enough. Just don't rely on Google maps to get you there!

Cooking with locals and then eating great food! Highly recommended - From the warm welcome with a mint tea and selection of Moroccan biscuits, this was hands down a highlight of our trip. The chefs has a great rapport with each other and all the guests. Half of us were vegetarian and this was no problem. Hygiene was high as everyone had to wash hands at every stage and all surfaces were regularly cleaned during the session.

Highly recommend! Informative, fun, hands-on. - Such a fun, informative, hands-on experience! Started with a short walk to the market to select veggies. Collectively with the group (13 total), we chose a menu at the market, picked vegetables under Chef Laila’s guidance, and returned to her home. There were 4 vegetarians in the group. While we’re not, we we can’t speak to that, they seemed happy and the vegetarian dishes were plentiful, hearty and shared by all. Very nice set up to teach even such a large group. We each stood at a station with a cutting board, knife, apron etc. Every spot had a clear view of Chef Laila and her daughter, who both taught the class together. While both are fluent in French and English, they divided the class to speak primarily in one, keeping things moving along and make sure everyone understood how to make the dishes. Great banter and affection between them. And an organized support crew to keep clearing used utensils etc. Their instructions were informative, clear, and easy to follow. Most important: the food was wonderful! And they sent recipes too after the class. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable experience! - If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! We had the most wonderful experience with Laila and Asma. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like family—warm, welcoming, and full of heart. They were incredible hosts who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout the cooking class. The food we made was absolutely delicious and we learned so many valuable techniques and tips. Their passion for cooking and sharing their culture was truly inspiring. It was more than just a class; it was a beautiful, personal experience we’ll never forget. Highly, highly recommend—this was a highlight of our trip!
