Welcome to our cooking class. A special experience in a calm neighborhood. We will take you in an amazing tour to see the place from which we get our supplies and groceries as well as the vegetables and meat we will be cooking. We will go home, drink a cup delicious Moroccan tea, then we will start our cooking journey in a warm, funny and full of love atmosphere.

Really enjoyable class - Really enjoyable cooking class with Yass and his mom. Learnt a lot about different spices and cooking techniques, as well as the history of Morocco. As Yass teaches in small groups, this really gives you the chance to ask questions and understand the traditional tagine cooking! I would recommend this to anyone visiting Marrakech

MUST DO cooking class!! - We had an amazing experience at this cooking class in Marrakech! Yassine was incredibly friendly and welcoming- the class took place in his family home, which made the whole experience feel so personal and authentic. He went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The class was kept small, which meant we were able to get hands-on with every step of the cooking process. Yassine explained everything in detail, giving us a real insight into Moroccan cuisine, from spices to techniques. While the location is a little outside the city, it’s 100% worth the trip. In fact, being away from the hustle and bustle made it even more special. We ended up finishing quite late in the evening, and Yassine was kind enough to drive us back to the medina himself, which really speaks to how much he cares about his guests. And of course, the food-absolutely incredible. Every dish was packed with flavor and made with such care. Highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting a deeper, more genuine taste of Morocco.

Best cooking class in Morroco - Yassine is a great teacher, cook and person. He waited for us at a little market after we went to his house and started the cooking class. Amazing experience 100% reccomend can not miss it.

Highlight of our trip - The cooking class with Yassine was the highlight of our trip to Morocco! We had a lot of fun as a group, learned a lot and it was a great and relaxed evening together. Yassine is such a warm, pleasant and humorous person and speaks Arabic and French as well as German and English. We bought the ingredients together and then prepared three salads, a tajine and a dessert at his home. He was guided by our wishes and also by the availability of fresh local ingredients. We felt like part of the family and would recommend the cooking class anytime!:-)

Great cooking experience and delicious lunch - My husband and two adult children joined Yassine and his family to learn how to cook the tagines we'd been eating on our holiday. We didn't go to the market, as the purchases were simple veg and meat, but Yassine spent some time explaining in depth the spices used in moroccan cooking some of which they produce on his family farm. This was really helpful and I learned a lot. We were in a group with another couple and a family with two children aged about 9 and 10. We enjoyed getting to know our fellow participants and sharing stories. Yassine was great with the children and everyone had the opportunity to get involved. We made beef, chicken tagine and vegetable tagine, which had a great spice mix and were more delicious than the tagines we'd been eating during our holiday. However the highlight for me was the charmoula dressing for the steamed vegetables that accompanied the meal. I'd not encountered using orange blossom water before in the dessert - so delicious! There was so much food and it would have been great value even if we'd just eaten the food, never mind the opportunity to make it and receive all the recipes and instructions to take away. Would thoroughly recommend this class. Yassine recommended the inDrive app a car to get back to the centre, this was 50 dirham and easy to book. You could get there that way too which would be cheaper than using the yellow taxi. He has a google location set up as Cooking class with Yassine and Ayoub, which makes it easy to find in the app. It was fun to be a little way outside the medina in another local neighbourhood. I hope you make it and enjoy it as much we did. Btw. We used the same inDrive app to get back to the airport, just add into the comments if you need extra space for luggage and set it so you can choose which ride to accept.

Moroccan delicacies at Yossine's house - Extremely interesting activity and suitable for everyone. Functional working environment and friendly atmosphere. We processed different types of preparations that were simple and well explained by Yossine. Super recommended activity, absolutely recommended.

Lovely cooking class - We had a lovely time with Yassine at his family home where we cooked a beautiful and delicious meal together. Yassine is so welcoming that we felt like we were family. He made preparing the meal so easy and also in such a relaxing and warm way. I would highly recommend this class and fun time with Yassine.

An exceptional experience - I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this cooking class. Class size was small, which enabled good interaction. We were able to assist with prep and composition, but the best part was the learning.
