a wonderfully wonderful experience - It was a beautiful place very well served and besides being brought with a lot of charm there was also a lot of knowledge about Moroccan cuisine and culture.

a beautiful experience - This cooking class was wonderful! My friend and I knew we wanted to take a cooking class, so I looked at a number of sites. I am so glad we chose this one! We started at a market, where we met two other couples who were part of the ‘class’. We picked out the vegetables for our dishes, then rode 15 or 20 km out of town to Chef Hicham’s family’s organic farm. There, in a beautiful outdoor kitchen, Chef Hicham and his two assistants guided the 6 of us in creating 6 different entrees and as many vegetable ‘salads’. The pace was relaxed, the camaraderie was fun, the chef and his helpers were very patient in explaining the spices and the steps in cooking our tajines. And the food – delicious! I can’t wait to try it myself, here at home.

Very qualitative experience - Great experience! The chef very kind and pedagogue, passed on his cuisine with passion.
The whole organization, from the ride to the moment on site was great. Very, very qualitative.
Several (very hearty) dishes are prepared in a very nice setting, where attention to detail is in the spotlight.
We will come back for sure!!
Thank you for this wonderful time.

Absolutely you must Do this experience!! - This class was just The best cooking class we’ve been on and a must do whilst in Marrakech
From the start we experienced the local market sourcing our ingredients with our chef for the day and also picking our choice of meat and Savoury or sweet Tagines plus extra veg for the salads
Then after a. Short ride out of the center we arrived at beautiful farm where the out kitchen had been built to house keen chefs and foodies from all over the world we then prepared veg and meat under the direction of our wonderful chef showing how they blend traditional spices and herbs to create the most delicious food and culminating in a great banquet for all to enjoy the day ends with copious sweet green tea and pastries while sat in the shade of farm trees and the company of fellow foodies .

A memorable experience - This was a great day out learning how to make an authentic morrocan tanguine. We stopped at the market to buy vegetables, herbs and fresh meat and then drove to the most idyllic country garden to start prepping for our meal. The chef took us through each stage and explained the techniques and the spices that are used fir either beef, lamb or chicken. We could choose between a sweet or savory option. Both were so tasty. We each had our own station to prepare our tangine before we set them on top of the charcoal cookers. We also helped prepare a range of side dishes before a break in the gardens for mint tea and fabulous pastries. When the tangines were cooked we sat together....about 12 of us to devour our meals. We were so full and it was the best tangine during my time in Marrakech. It was a great experience and I would strongly recommend it for something different, fun, educational and memorable. Great chef and lots of nice people helping us get it just right and yummy.

10/10 recommend - 10/10 recommend! The market tour, cooking class & meal were all brilliant. Our guide was super knowledge, the farm and cooking space was really beautiful and peaceful, and we learned a lot about Moroccan dishes and ingredients. We got back to the Medina closer to 3pm after a 9am start, so keep in mind it runs longer than advertised. Enjoy!

Very welcoming and... - Very welcoming and informative about Moroccan cuisine and culture, right from the market place picking up the groceries to the actual cooking portion. After having been in Morroco for 2 weeks and eaten a few tajins, this was by far the best. Thank you for the experience.

Highly recommend - Absolutely fantastic day. Other cookery classes are slightly cheaper but this one takes you to his farm. Even our 12 and 14 year old grandchildren really enjoyed and fully joined in on the day. Food we cooked was amazing. Highly recommend!
