Unique experience - Food was plentiful. Really tasty and lots to go around. Felt like a quick rotation and a well oiled operation to get everyone in and out. Dinner seating started at just before 9:30pm with four courses and show finished at 11:15pm. Take cash for drinks, of which there is a limited choice-most in menu not available and wine by the bottle only. Was good fun and a really unique experience though.

An exceptional evening - An exceptional evening at Chez Ali! The combination of traditional Moroccan dances, impressive equestrian show and delicious Moroccan dinner created a magical experience. Horses and captivating performances add a special touch to the event. An excellent choice to discover Moroccan culture while enjoying an exquisite meal

Beautiful 🤩 - An entrance with a traditional group, then visit the cave of Ali Baba 🤩. Upon arrival, several traditional groups from each region of Morocco welcome you. Then, we set you up in an air-conditioned tent to have your meal. We chose the menu at 35 euros: a harira, grills, a chicken pastilla, fruit and mint tea with its cookies. The waiter, of an exemplary kindness, reserved us places in the stands. And here, let the magic of the show work: a fantasia, with riders in traditional outfits performing spectacular equestrian demonstrations, accompanied by acrobats.

To see but... - A well-honed machine, a sight to see. On the other hand, I regret the kindness of some staff members! So rhythmic that you shouldn't feel like you're in a factory... too bad! And know that water is a luxury there!

Great Shoe - The show was fantastic. I'd highly recommend but the transportation was a disaster. Waited almost 1.5 hrs so arrived late to a cold meal. Staff did their best however

Worth going there - The whole setting is quite good. The people singing and trying to engage with the audiience is good as well. The food is acceptable. The show with the horses is also okay if you don't expect too much.

Not worth the money - Overpriced! After many trips in marrakech and been very happy with the trips and value and the excellent food received I expected this excursion to of topped them all as it was twice the price. We was rushed inside no time for photos of the displays and entertainment it's fantastic walking in it looks amazing so much to take in. Food received was rushed and bad service dry couscous and fatty lamb we wasn't given any other option then a sharing plate of fruit. You pay extra for drinks but your lucky if you have time to finish it before the show starts. The venue is out of this world the only positive about this review! I had no expectations as to what the show was going to be like but it was a million miles away from entertainment! The horse riders galloped along and shoot from a shotgun a few times, then they do some acrobats on the horses but it's hard to see as no spot light is on them. This is the only part entertaining if you were lucky enough to see it! A flying carpet and characters in the background travel across the buildings still not spotlighted and then to top it off a heard of SHEEP come into the arena walk around then go back out?? The finale was them all marching to music and applause! It was more of a comedy show! Interesting night out if I'd of paid £15 max not £50 I'd not of been left with this huge feeling of dissatisfaction It's a tourist trap nothing authentic

Bof bof - Couscous evening and show Quick arrival where they take pictures of you on the line. Ali Baba cave very average. On the other hand couscous and sheep, a real treat. The dancers and musicians go from table to table, without any smile, we really see that they do it reluctantly. Equestrian show not lit, you hardly see the acrobatics. In short fortunately the couscous was good, if not frankly no interest. Real tourist trap

Eat before you go - I had a disappointing experience at Chez Ali, which was arranged through our hotel. Despite informing the hotel staff that one of us is vegetarian, we were assured that there would be suitable options. Upon arrival, we were met with chaos—no clear guidance or table numbers. After a long wait, we received our drinks (30 minutes later, with even tap water not included). The first dish served was meat, and it took another hour to get a few bits of roasted vegetables. My friends found the food bland and cold, with no salt or pepper available. The dessert was seasonal fruit, but there was mold on the grapes. The show itself was underwhelming and concerning. The horse racing included frightening gunfire, which scared the horses, and the sight of a man riding a donkey as if it were a horse was distressing. The animals appeared frightened and were tied too closely together, unable to move freely. The belly dancer was so far away we could barely see her. Overall, this experience was disappointing and raised serious concerns about animal welfare. I would not recommend this venue. If you decide to go, I highly suggest eating before you arrive.

Wasted 4.5 hrs on poor food and poor show - Collected over an hour late and driver stopped in way so no food until 10. Cold soup and no choice of main offered or available when challenged. Food better in hotel. Late so very rushed, show started outside while just served fruit. Show itself pretty poor as entertainers distant and it was dark. Highlight was a few horses trotting up and the boys letting off their muskets. Venue impressive with lots of untapped potential. Shame, I don’t expect much from these types of shows, this one failed to even meet my low expectations.
