Truly unique and unforgettable way to experience the local life and Berber culture - It was a truly unique and overall amazing experience. We not only got to see the life and countryside outside of Marrakech but mainly got to experience the hospitality and warm welcome of a Berber culture thanks to our guide Nezha. She treated us as welcomed guests and shared with us many insights into the local culture, history and way of life. The tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Nezha, and wish all the best in everything you do!

Such an interesting guide... - Such an interesting guide who provided lots of insight into Berber culture, organised a wonderful lunch at his mum’s house and took on a really lovely walk the mountains. Just a mention of the camel ride too which was so entertaining!

Great trip - Camel ride was so fun. Perfect length and wonderful views. Loved that we wore desert garb. Our driver was very cautious which I totally appreciated since the drive there was mountainous. When other tour companies whipped around us at breakneck speed on switchbacks I was so appreciative that our driver was safe. The hike was breathtaking. I would say that it involved a lot of climbing and sometimes the path was loose gravel and narrow and sometimes steep. Our guide was great and was always waiting at any tricky parts. Even children and older people were fine but if you are in not so great shape or not sure footed then consider this. The stops were perfect on the drive I loved seeing the scenic view of Morocco’s highest peak and the final stop at the store with overlook of where the earthquake struck added to the trip. One of the best days of my life honestly

An excellent day out - A great all day experience Excellent food, a charming and knowledgeable guide. The walk is not too steep and is circular. But can be slippy underfoot. Not sure it is too suited to very young children. Lots packed into one day and unbelievable value for money.

Moroccan culture, nature, and food at its best! - Highly recommend this tour as a nice contrast with Marrakech to get outside the city and experience the beauty of the Atlas mountains and Berber people, culture, and hospitality. Our tour guide Omar was exceptional. He is a knowledgeable, kind, patient, and generous host who made the tour an unforgettable experience. We rode camels, climbed valleys, visited waterfalls, met with Berber community members, and enjoyed an authentic home-cooked meal hosted by Omar's grandmother, mother, and aunts in their home. Overall, it was a wonderful cultural experience that I will never forget. Shukran! Tanmirt! Oh, and just a heads up that the trip lasted close to 10 hours, so be sure to bring layer of clothing, good walking shoes, and small bills to tip/support locals who helped generously with camels, driving, food, etc.

Amazing tour! don't miss it! - Nezha was an amazing tour guide. We were travelling as a family with a 3 year old daughter. She contacted us a day before confirming timing and location for pick up. And while during the tour, she waited for us multiple times as we were slow. She is a very knowledgeable person, extremely polite and was super nice to all of us. The tour is amazing. Beautiful place and amazing lunch provided by her family. Thank you Nezha!

Overall fun experience - Very nicely planned. Camel ride was fun and hike through the mountains was beautiful. Hiking trail in some parts was very steep and slippery so wear good hiking shoes.

Excursion to Imlil Valley and Kik Plateau - A huge thank you to Jawad Mazik, our passionate guide, and Tichka, our incredible driver from Marrakech Outdoor Trips, who made this day exceptional! Thanks to them, we had an unforgettable experience: camel ride near Lake Takerkoust, visit the weekly souk of the municipality of Tahananout, visit an argan oil cooperative, stops in several Berber villages to discover their history and traditions, then the splendid discovery of the valley of lmlil. Beautiful scenery, clear and enriching explanations, and a friendly Mood throughout the day. Recommended agency without hesitation with Jawad and Tichka to live an authentic excursion full of discoveries!

One of our Best Tour - The overall experience was truly impressive — from the fun activities to the breathtaking sightseeing landscapes and, of course, the delicious local food! Everything was well organized, and we never felt rushed. A special mention goes to our tour guide, JAWAD MAZIK, who was not only very knowledgeable and informative but also incredibly friendly and easygoing. He created a chill, welcoming atmosphere that made the whole trip feel more like an adventure with friends rather than a typical rushed tour. What really stood out was how much attention he gave to everyone, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves at every stop. His stories and insights gave us a deeper appreciation for the places we visited, and his positive energy set the tone for the whole group. If you’re looking for a memorable experience that blends sightseeing, culture, great food, and a guide who truly makes a difference, I can’t recommend this tour enough.

Food, nature and traditions outside the chaos of the city - Very authentic and familiar tour. Nezha very young, but prepared and passionate about her work. During the day he took us to know his territory, his village, his family. The trek was easy and lasted an hour and a half. The food was delicious and prepared by Nezha's uncles.
