Marrakesh - Aït Benhaddou - Valley of the Roses - Dades Gorges

Marrakech - After picking you up from your hotel or the designated meeting point, the journey to Ouarzazate begins. The route takes you through the breathtaking Atlas Mountains via the stunning Tizi n’Tichka mountain pass, offering spectacular views from its 2,260-meter elevation.

Once across the Atlas Mountains, the tour arrives at Aït Benhaddou Kasbah, one of Morocco’s most impressive fortified cities and a famous filming location for movies like Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, and Kingdom of Heaven.

The journey continues along the Route of the Thousand Kasbahs to Skoura. A stop for coffee is planned in Kelaat M’Gouna, a charming city in Tinghir Province and the capital of the Valley of the Roses. The first day concludes with a drive to the Dadès Gorges, where the night will be spent.

Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou - Ksar or Kasbah Aït Benhaddou is one of Morocco’s most impressive fortified cities and a famous filming location for movies like Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, and Kingdom of Heaven.

Vallee Des Roses - Kelaat M’Gouna, a charming city in Tinghir Province and the capital of the Valley of the Roses.

Dades Gorges - The Dadès Gorges, where the first night will be spent.

Dades Gorges - Todra Gorges - Sahara Desert

Merzouga Desert - After breakfast, the journey continues towards the Dades Valley, passing through the incredible Todra Gorges, where lunch will be enjoyed.

With renewed energy, the journey proceeds towards the Sahara Desert, passing through the Jorf palm grove, known for its excellent dates, and the small city of Erfoud, home to intriguing fossil fragments.

Upon arrival in the Merzouga Sahara Desert, the car is exchanged for camels to explore the desert and reach a Bedouin camp for an overnight stay and a traditional Berber dinner.

Todgha Gorge - The incredible Todra Gorges, where lunch will be enjoyed before arriving in Erfoud city.

Erg Chebbi Dunes - Experience the sunset from the high dune.

Merzouga Sahara Desert - Rissani - Alnif - Tizi N’Tfrkhin - Ouarzazate

Ouarzazate - The third day begins with the magical experience of watching the sunrise over the desert. After an early start, the camels are mounted again to explore the area.

On the return journey to Ouarzazate, a different route is taken, passing the Tafilalet Palm Grove and the village of Rissani, the ancient capital and home to the founder of the Alaouite Dynasty, before reaching the town of Alnif. Here, the road crosses the stunning Anti-Atlas mountain range.

After admiring the spectacular colors and shapes of the mountains, the journey continues to Tizi N’tfarkhin, Tinghir, and an amazing palm grove in the Dadès Valley. Lunchtime is spent at Klaat M’Gouna for a meal and rest before continuing the route.

In the afternoon, the journey crosses the High Atlas mountains en route to Ouarzazate, where the night will be spent in a riad or a kasbah.

Ouarzazate - Marrakech

Taourirt Kasbah - After a delicious breakfast, there is time to explore Ouarzazate at your own pace. A visit to the Taourirt Kasbah and Atlas Film Studios, known as the Hollywood of Morocco, is recommended. The return to Marrakech is scheduled for early afternoon.
