DAY 2: ASCENT TO TOUBKAL – IMLIL- MARRAKECH
Climb to the summit of Toubkal (4,167 m). The path follows the ascent ridge. The initial 200 m are steep; it then levels out; from 3,700 to 3,850 m it becomes steep again; and finally, the crest is reached, followed by a ridge. This involves a climb of 3 and a half hours and a descent of about 2 and a half hours. Lunch at the shelter at noon, followed by a descent to IMLIL and transport back to Marrakech.

An intriguing and highly recommended trek during the summer months, when the cool mountain climate provides a refreshing contrast to the intense heat of Marrakech. This 2-day journey through the stunning High Atlas involves traversing several valleys and ascending the majestic Toubkal (4,167 m). Travelers will pass through small mountain villages, connected only by narrow, winding roads, offering a unique opportunity to experience rural life in the Moroccan mountains, known for its surprising and delightful hospitality.
DAY 1: MARRAKECH – IMLIL – TOUBKAL REFUGE: Participants will be transferred by our representative to Imlil, where they will meet the guide and mules. The trek to Neltner shelter (3,207 m) includes a meal along the way, with dinner and overnight stay at Toubkal shelter, taking approximately 6 hours.
DAY 2: ASCENT TO TOUBKAL – IMLIL: The day begins with a climb to the summit of Toubkal (4,167 m), followed by a return to the shelter for a meal. The descent to Imlil concludes the trek, with transportation back to Marrakech marking the end of our services.
