Once in a lifetime experience. - This tour is excellent. The hot air balloon ride was just breath taking and enjoyable. Actually flew up almost 1.7km high to catch the sunset. Our guide Sonny and driver Harun were very kind and caring with great knowledge when showing us around Pamukkale. The additional stops to the onyx, wine and turkish delight factories were also great and we did not feel pressured at all to buy anything. Overall money well spent, worth every penny.

10/10 tour !!!! - Visiting Pamukkale was an unforgettable experience — the natural beauty of the white terraces is absolutely breathtaking. The hot air balloon tour gave us a magical view of the landscape, especially during sunrise. Everything was well organized, and we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Our guide Sonny was amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and full of positive energy. Thanks to him, we learned so much and truly enjoyed every moment of our trip!

10/10 would recommend! - Right from the get-go, I love the fact that it's almost an all-inclusive day. They pick you up from your hotel (if your hotel is not listed, send them a message and they'll pick you up and drop you off where you're staying), they drive you to Pamukkale, take you to the hot air balloon site where you'll get to witness the crew blowing up from the balloons, the balloons are big enough to fit a family of 4 in each section of tbe basket (the basket is divided in 5 section, the middle of for the balloon operator), it can fit 18 people. Then you set off and the view from the balloon is absolutely jaw-dropping especially as the sun is rising. Then you're given free breakfast, taken to the travertines, ancient city and museum (1500 TL or 30 Euros each extra) visit to an Onyx factory, wine tasting, free lunch, and finally you're driven home. The only thing not free is the drinks during breakfast and lunch which cost between 100 to 200 TL each. All in all, it was a fabulous trip and I'd highly recommend.

Pamukkale Trip - The trip to Pamukkale and the hot air balloon ride were truly unforgettable experiences. We visited many fascinating places, and the transportation was excellent – comfortable, efficient, and perfectly organized. The highlight of the tour was our guide Hamir, who took care of every detail and even showed us additional spots beyond the regular program, making the journey extra special and individual. The driver also did a great job, ensuring a safe and pleasant ride. We highly recommend this trip!

Nora our tour guide and the hot air balloons - This is an experience I definitely think anyone should try. It was amazing from start to finish. We got to see the hot air balloons inflate, take an hour ride, explore the area of Hierapolis, wine tasting (however I'm not sure of the wine as I dont drink but heard it was nice), Onyx stone factory (really quick information but then was followed around while I was looking but I did buy a ring) and lunch. It was such a good trip lead by Nora who was informative along the way and kept us up to date with everything. FYI The road journey is a bumpy from Marmaris and it was extremely hot walking around but other than that try it!

Amazing Hot Air Balloon Experience - Absolutely fantastic experience and would recommend to do whilst you're here! €115 for a full day excursion including visiting Pamukkale & Hierapolis, as well as the onyx stone factory and wine tasting experience (wasn't mentioned in the initial itinerary). Our guide, Nora, kept us well informed as well providing us with tidbits of history throughout each part of the experience. We were collected very early from our hotel at 01:35 to make it on time for the sunrise. Once we arrived, we got to watch the hot air balloons being set up and inflated, with opportunity to take plenty of videos and pictures. After the setup, we were off up into the air and what an amazing experience! Watching the sun rise over the mountains was breathtaking, it's just so stunning and very Instagram worthy. Just be aware that if you have mobility issues, climbing into & especially out of the basket, can be quite difficult as upon landing, the hot air balloon is placed onto a truck and you'll need to climb out of the basket & the truck. Also, as it is a hot air balloon, it gets VERY HOT when they use the gas fire so you definitely will not need a jumper/jacket, and I would advise to bring a cooling cloth with you. Once we landed, we were brought back to the initial meeting area where we then were taken to have our breakfast, which was a large Turkish bagel with various condiments to go with (cherry jam, Dairylea style soft cheese, chocolate spread, honey, and butter). We then went to the onyx stone factory and I'll be very frank and honest about this; it was the worst part of the experience. The sales woman spent 1 minute explaining the various types of stones they have before we were shuffled off to the shop where they have extremely expensive knick knacks, and where the sales people they proceeded to follow you around like a second shadow. After this, we then proceeded back to Pamukkale & Hierapolis for self-exploration. Our guide, Nora, was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and provide a lot of interesting information, before we were left to our own devices. MAKE SURE TO BRING €30 CASH PER PERSON, FOR ENTRY as this isn't included in the price. We had 2 hours of exploration, and we managed to see the hot springs, the museum and the theatre. I would recommend a full day here to make the most of the entrance fee as there's a lot to see. Also, make sure to bring plenty of water as this isn't provided by the tour company, and an umbrella for shade as it's a vast open area with little shade in the sun. Once we finished here, we were taken to a wine tasting experience, which was a nice respite from the sun. Again, more chances to do some minor shopping for wines and oils after this bit, but nice overall. Finally, we were taken to have the buffet lunch (standard Turkish buffet), before beginning the 3 hour journey back to the hotel. Overall, absolutely 100% would recommend the experience and very worth the price (despite the small blip of the onyx stone factory). It's a must do for you trip to Marmaris as it's not something you get to do every day, especially being from the UK!

Sensational - Excellent tour and wonderful process before climbing the globe It would be important for them to provide water during the journey as it is a long journey Another issue is coffee charging: the most expensive in the world. But outside that excellent everything and as a plus the c visit to the onyx factory and a small wine tasting, very good, make this tour a very good experience and punctuality in the schedules
