Transfer vehicles may occasionally be delayed by traffic or previous hotel pickups; if your vehicle has not arrived within 5–8 minutes after your confirmed pickup time, please contact us immediately. Guests who are not present at the confirmed pickup location and time, who wait at an incorrect pickup point, or who cannot be reached by phone, may be considered a no-show.
