Wonderful Day in Key West! - We had a comfortable, safe bus ride down and back with TT as our driver. Mariel? (sorry if I messed up your name) was our guide and gave us many facts and suggestions on where to go and what to do in Key West. You could even buy sightseeing packages on board the bus on the way down! Great trip all and all for me and my husband.

Excellent Experience Going to Key West - Excellent experience from start to finish on Key West tour from Miami … clean bus, safe driver, good tour guide and stayed to schedule Glass-bottom tour boat got cancelled due to windy weather and a phone call the next morning got us the refund confirmation by email within minutes. This speaks to their commitment to real customer service without hassle or delay. Tour exactly as advertised in a very interesting part of FL (long day though if with young children ;-)

Safe and comfortable - We did only the transfer. So we got picked up as described und brought back. The bus had a restroom, the seats were comfortable. We got some information on the way. The guide also tried to sell trips and trolley-tickets but was fine with us not being interested in this. On the way to Key West there was a short stopp at a McDonalds for breakfast. Maybe there could have been a better choice of location. But over all it was as expected.

Beautiful day despite the travel time - Long day in perspective. Arrival at noon for the conch train tour (extra charge). The visit is nice. More than enough free time to discover the city in suite. In all 6 hours on site then back to Miami. Keywest is a very nice little town for walking, lunch on the marina...

Tour guide is nice, driver is good, traffic is ok. - Pick up location is good, there are plenty of options, we sit on top, it’s just too cold, the ac is little too strong 😉, hope it can be adjusted to be more comfortable.

Key West - It all worked out very well . Both reliability with hotel pickup and in Key West at the agreed pickup location. The only thing I can give to people who don't like long bus rides shouldn't do this tour.

BAD AGENCY. - The departure time was changed 3 days before the trip, with a notification not to the number indicated. On the morning of the excursion we pointed out the problem but fortunately we were already ready for departure, they made us take an Uber and did not wait for us at the indicated place (5min wait) then they gave us a new meeting place telling us to be there at 7.55 am. We took a new Uber and arrived at the appointed place at 7.27am, waited until 8.20am and no one ever arrived, they also stopped answering my phone. If I could I'd give 0 stars, we'll definitely take legal action
