Unique experience - Great experience, magical place. The experience with the food was superb. The landscapes is out of this world. Going up the mountain and you can experience the changes in the environment meter to meter. And then you finish on the thermal waters is just the perfect combination between cold and hot.

Fantastic time - We were picked up at our Manizales hotel at six in the morning and the day was really great. We stopped for breakfast at a small place next to the lagoon and we were back there for lunch a couple of hours later after seeing the park, including some of the landscapes. After lunch we went down to the thermal spa, which was really nice and relaxing, the tour guide was fantastic. Would totally recommend this tour.

Truly enjoyed this tour!... - Truly enjoyed this tour! Breiner spoke perfect English, was extremely knowledgeable and was kind enough to take lots of pictures for me (I was travelling solo). The thermal spa was the perfect way to end the day. I recommend bringing waterproof shoes/boots :)

Excellent - It really does not matter at all who you go with. All the tours offer the same package, which is basically driving you to the National park and the termales. Once at the Park, a ranger takes over. At the termales, just enjoy yourself. So just select the best offer.

Tremendous - Santiago is a very professional guide with whom we climb the altitude levels in complete safety. The scenery throughout the journey is spectacular. Lunch and meals took place in a very warm place. The afternoon was spent at the Otono springs. Very relaxing

Great day out from Manizales - Angie was a joy and a great guide - informative and funny. The sights were incredible and a fantastic day out. Was a shame not to climb to the crater but rules are rules! Jhon was one of the safer drivers we’ve had in Colombia - felt secure on the mountain tracks Thank you both for a memorable experience

Lucky with clear sunny skies. - I was lucky to pick on of the clearest days. That sure made the experience so much better. Who wants to go to that altitude to look at clouds not me. The driver and guide were second to none. The meals were delicious. So lucky to have been able to get this done with clear skies. I would not have changed this experience for anything.

Snowy Ruiz - The park was beautiful and the Hot Springs were great, however our guide spoke very little English which made it difficult. There was a 30 minute presentation at the Park entrance which we got nothing from because it was all in Spanish. Very difficult to ask any questions. She was very nice and sweet, but just didn't speak much English. We specifically signed up for an English guide. This trip was not cheap and we expected what we paid for. Other issue was it was a smaller vehicle and had 3 people squished in the back seat. Very uncomfortable.

Very expensive for what it is, terrible operators. Wouldn't recommend - The tour guide was fantastic. Her English wasnt perfect but she was very knowledgeable. Me and my friend were fans of her. But the operator is terrible. On the way down from the mountain. Our driver stopped for 15 minutes to make a call. As it turned out the company had double booked. So he would drop us to the hot springs and return to Manizales Then we spent an hour driving to the springs, to find out the springs had been closed, the tour company had never thought to inform our guide. They then tried to offer us back 50,000 pesos (10€) or the 2,000,000 pesos (200€) we paid, when half the tour had been cancelled. Then on the way back, since our driver had been double booked, we were left at the terminale instead of our hotel and told to get a taxi. For an expensive tour, the service we receieved was extremely poor. Instead of booking this tour, I'd recommend going to the hot springs by yourself, and finding an independent tour guide if you want to go to the volcano. For how much money it was, we expected a far better level of service. For how much money it was, we also wanted more spectacle. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because our guide was good.
