Nevado del Ruiz is a must for your trip to Colombia. - A must-see if you are traveling along the coffee grove.
We did it with an agency called Cattleya and we were very happy. Guillermo took us a nice and knowledgeable uncle from the area.
The best price we found, because we travel for 54 days and we have to manage everything we do very well.
Once you arrive at the National Park you are given a talk where one of the guides of the park explains many things of interest.
Then at each stop we made other guides they explain each ecosystem you see.
No problem with altitude 4450 mslm.

A fantastic journey - Everything went perfectly. The journey was fantastic. Even before the start of the trip there was excellent communication with the guide at all times. Every question was answered without delay via Whatsapp. I was picked up at the hotel as planned. She spoke very good English and had a competent answer to every question during the trip. We had 4 short stops while we could observe fascinating landscapes and vegetation in peace.

Convenient one day volcano excursión - The tour provide a smorgasbord of natural experiences in the parque national de nevada, hotel pickups, mealstops and spa recharge. Our friendly bilingual guide complemented this with interesting background on history and geography that helped my Spanish. Good for people like me for whom a multiday excursión wasn't an option.

Excellent tour - This was a fantastic tour, and a wonderful way to experience the PNN Los Nevados. Our guide, Angelica, was very knowledgeable about the geology and history of the park and Nevado Ruiz. The tour was on time, and a decent breakfast and lunch was provided by a local roadside restaurant. The park is certainly work seeing, as it is drastically different from other landscapes in Colombia. The thermal baths in the afternoon were a nice way to relax and enjoy some warmth after a cold morning in high elevations. A warning for those that are prone to altitude sickness: you reach nearly 14,000 feet during the tour. Highly recommend this tour.

Royal adventure - Very good experience, nice scenery, good adventure, good breakfast, regular lunch. Unfortunately the guide Jennifer did not speak to us the first half hour, it started just when I claimed. Then he took pains and gave us all sorts of information willingly

Great experience - Great day with Jennifer our Guide who introduced us to the park of los Nevados. She gave us lots of information about the fauna and flora and volcano related to the place.
The scenery during the whole drive was beautiful.
Breakfast and lunch were done in a very warm place.
Finally, the hot springs were a well-deserved little bubble of relaxation!

BEWARE! - Tour very interesting ! Good guide ! Chances to see the summit are slim ! Fog and rain at the highest level! BEWARE! I booked my tour the day before ! When I talked to other people I realized that I paid twice as much with trip advisor!
