Transfered well - Hotel to Airport Transfer was very smooth and great driver and good sized car. I booked this trip as I had previously used them to get from the airport to the hotel.

easy and comfortable, meet down the ramp - was good, driver was there on time and the car was clean and comfortable.
meeting instructions werent clear though, you have to go out and down a ramp, this wasnt explained clearly but I found them after a few minutes.
would hire them again.

Poor Service - I'm 75 years old, and the driver simply opened the boot of the car at the airport, and didn't even get out of the car to help with the luggage.
