Not to buy - never buy!!! I bought a trip, I paid, I received confirmations, a ticket, in the application and by email 2 days in advance. At the agreed time, the driver came to pick us up and asked for a ticket. The driver had all the information about me, where to pick up my name, the name of the other person, the hotel, and where exactly we were going. After about 20 km of driving, his boss called him to say there was a problem. The driver gave me the boss on the phone who absolutely did not know English, maybe 5 words, so I did not learn anything. We went further, after 30 km the driver stopped and kicked us out of the bus that we had to wait 5 minutes for another bus to come for us. no one came, we stayed there for an hour, someone called and said that they did not have a reservation for the trip and it was not their bus, we paid 35€ for a taxi back to the hotel. Feel free to call me back, I will send you the entire communication as proof. That's a lot. They deceived us!
