A Brilliant Day out.... - What a brilliant day.. (apart from one slight issue involving the zipline and kids)..
Everyone at Express Rafting were amazing and very entertaining. Always joking and geeing up the participants...
It was a very muddy, wet and wild day with lots of water battles, rapids (and slowpids), as well as a very entertaining captain George, who looked after us throughout the day.
We had originally booked the quad experience part of the trip but when we got to it we were offered the quad or the buggy and we went with the buggy but it was still brilliant. We drove around for about half an hour driving through muddy puddles and streams, getting sprayed on by hoses and skidding around like a really cheap version of the 'Fast and Furious' movies.. (It's all about the family!!!)..
We then jumped back in the jeep and headed for the rafting - it did take a while to get there but just to warn you - they do this water prep by getting everyone in the group into a line and walking through the river to get you acclimatised to the fresh COLD river water. If you have been swimming in the beach and in the hotel pools this is a massive shock to the system and they do it very quick so before you know it you are swimming in very cold water.. you do have your helmet and life jacket on..
You then warm up pretty quick and soon you are paddling your raft amongst another 100 or so rafts. Everyone is out to get you with splashing, spraying and general cold water shenanigans. One raft was tipped over but it did look like they did it themselves..
It is a long rafting and your arms do get a lot of exercise...
The only glitch was when we got to the zipline, there are tonnes of ziplines across various parts of the river, but the one we stopped at was on one side of the river. It was a bit confusing what we needed to do, but we waited for about an hour before we got on the zipline, but three of our kids were unable to go on the zipline due to the wind, or something, it wasn't clearly explained. At that point there were about 5 or 6 kids that were too 'light' for the zipline, 3 kids from our family group were unable to go and were very upset. No one really explained exactly why they couldn't go...
The day was amazing but this final glitch caused a bit of a shadow over the day..
All-in-all the day was amazing, the buggies were brilliant and the rafting was awesome, zipline, not so much...
Would highly recommend this excursion, just check the rules about the zipline.and small kids...

Always a super nice experience - The transfer worked great, the buggy ride was MEGA great. We looked like the pigs afterwards 🐷, quickly clean up in the cold river and on to rafting where the captain of the boat Nika was just great. The food was delicious. The zipline has really been the icing on the cake of the trip. Radio factor is definitely given.

Top family experience in the hills above Manavgat - A great fun & adventure for all family. I was visiting with my 10 and 14 year old kids and they had fun of lifetime.
First there was a buggy race and you can drive it through mud and water. There are 2 or 4 seat buggy’s. Second is a really long rafting trip with a zip line at one of the stops. They take care of you and you get to eat and drink at the stops. Guides are friendly and nice, our guide was Hayba and he was such a great fun and took good care of us.
Things to note: you leave all your stuff in the bus and take only sun screen and water with you. Whatever you take will be soaking wet so make sure you leave electronics behind. At the start you can buy a waterproof case for your phone though. It’s a putty I didn’t buy it because I would have great photos. For buggy you need glasses and bandanas because of the dust and mud. You can’t describe buy these or bring them with you. And make sure you bring a dry set of clothes with you as well because at the end of the day you will need to change your dirty and wet clothes.

Great experience for first time rafting but beware of the transport there and back - Booked this trip on trip advisor while on holiday in turkey, the process of getting to site was quite a hassle was picked up at my hotel in a van then to be passed on a to a packed coach that was already full to brim nobody was willing to give up a seat but someone did in the end, but I thought we were driving to site to begin the trip but the driver stopped by a random building with a market inside.
After that finally managed to get to site located in the mountains, got off the bus was put into groups based on the language. Then told to go and put on safety gear and helmet then loaded onto a jeep and driven through the countryside to the first activity, then there was a safety session telling you to follow one by one but once that was over you got on to buggy/ quad bike which ever you choose in my case the buggy very simple and easy to drive and a great experience can get dusky in parts. Then stopped by the river asked if you wanted to buy pics and videos. Then drove back to main site.
Then got on to the jeeps and driven to the raft site, then spilt into groups based on language. Then an instructor came over to group introduced himself and then 4 of us lifted the raft onto the water. He told us how to do the stroke in the water and then placed you on the raft. I was placed at the front with another person. Then started our way down the river stopped three quarters of the down the river if you wanted to buy drinks or have a local pancake with whatever topping you wanted.
Then carried on down the river to the zip line site, then went to the bottom of a hill to put your harness on then you have to walk all the way up a path to the top of the hill to begin the zipline down to second spot on the hill adjacent and then finally back down to bottom very short zipline.
Afterwards got back into the the raft and that was the best part, the instructor was really fun and made the trip down the river worth it and also gets you to sing a chant to the rhythm of the stroke stopped off further down to have your meal you get is Free basic meat and salad combo with also pasta as well but you expect it for the price you pay for the trip but drinks you have to pay.
Finally you get to the final area where you get off the raft hand over the safety equipment and then asked if you wanted to get pics and video of your rafting experience and then back on to the coach just make sure you get the correct one but also like the journey at the start, the coach stopped and was told to go to a van then dropped me off at my hotel.
Price great for what you get to do, experience the rafting the best part and the buggy not so much the zipline was too short.
Also the journey there and back was a bit of a nightmare.

By rafting fantastic! - It turned out to be a very nice excursion. The rafting has made up for a lot.
The buggy or quad bike riding is nothing, is only on one terrain and you are barely allowed to pace, you drive at a slow pace in a row, 2 laps over the terrain and done. Ziplines is ok but for us just not challenging enough.
Last we went rafting and that was really fantastic, really nice and beautiful experience. The downside was that lunch was only after all activities at 5 pm which could have been placed somewhere between the activities earlier in the day.
Eventually satisfied but next time we will only go rafting.

3 in one trip - Worth every penny, the same trip was three times the price of booked via hotel. Take some fresh clothes you will need them.

Very enjoyable - a LOT of people - This was overall a good trip, we enjoyed it. Guide (Adam) was very good. Thank you Adam.
However, we were picked up at 830am and it was 12 at least until we were actually on the activity. There was a lot of waiting around for groups to be formed. We then seemed to end upon a very busy (perhaps overloaded?)boat.
After the activity we just wanted to head back- but again so many people in the overall group that this took another 45 minutes to sort out
I'd say, if you want a quicker more bespoke experience pay more. Our experience was probably reflected in the price- which was very reasonable and we did enjoy it a lot. So thank you Adam!

Okay, but that's it. - There were apparently not enough quads, we, 2 families with both an adolescent daughter, get the choice; pay extra or with 2 people on a quad, because we would have paid less for the trip than the others, what a nonsense. If at all, we have simply done better. Tone set as far as we're concerned. Zipline was okay, but took a long time before everyone had been and by now well after lunchtime (luckily we had a good breakfast)... on to rafting. We were assigned a family with a young child, away spectacle... put families with young children together! Our guide clearly didn't feel like it, too bad. Lunch only after 3:30. We increased the bill with his tip (we had asked if that was okay). He then asked for his tip. Kind of weird. Together we made a nice day of it.

Waited for 3 hours in a bus, got yelled at for everything by the staff, got picked up at 8:30 and got food&waterat 15:30 - First of all we got picked up by a bus that took 3 hours, was not informed before booking. Rude staff and no good planning what so ever.

Dispute DE travel booking FRAM - Very bad experience with FRAM, I booked a trip at 4000 euros but an error DE input the amount was made by the agency , I immediately requested the cancellation (in the minutes that followed) but no solution or refund was offered to me despite multiple reminders
The error comes DE the agency at the base but it is the customer who pays! Very disappointed by this lack DE professionalism and responsiveness. I do not recommend
