A lovely safari in Lamar Valley - Our guide Spencer was so knowledgeable and funny! He provided a very substantial lunch and snacks for us, as well as water and Gatorade. We saw pronghorn, plenty of bison, several badgers and birds. The hike was a nice pace and we learned a lot. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to get into Lamar Valley and see lots of wildlife!

Informative and fun - We took a tour with Emily. It makes sense that she has a background in teaching, as that is what she likes to do. My wife and I both have spent a lot of time outdoors. Just the same, we came away with many new bits of knowledge and new leads to explore. I would recommend Emily’s guiding to anyone interested in learning about the natural wonders of Yellowstone including its flora, fauna, geology and history.

AMAZING scenery! Lots of animals! Great guide! - I went by myself for this trip and had a GREAT time! Our guide, Bob, was super nice and knowledgeable and had lots of cool information to share along the way! We saw LOTS of animals -- pronghorn, coyotes, hawks, bears, and lots of bison. Lunch was great and the views were unbeatable.

Very wet Lamar Valley Hike. - The Lamar Valley is beautiful. The morning we went it was raining. Then we got some thunder and lightning. Even with a wet shortened hike it was a good experience. We got to see a large herd of bison gazing in the valley. Our guide was wonderful, very informative while being aware of everyone's comfort and preparedness.

Good but not as described - The tour description made the tour seem much more adventurous and rugged than it actually was. Our guide was wonderful and knowledgeable but the hike itself was very tame and not as adventurous as described. If you'd like to leisurely walk through a field of bison with a knowledgeable guide, this tour is for you. If you're expecting an adventure with a variety of animals and hiking away from the road, this isn't for you. It was a nice time but not worth the price for such a tame hike.
