The day began with a burst of adrenaline as I found myself behind the wheel of a dune buggy, ready to conquer the golden beaches of Piñones, Loíza. The sun was shining, the ocean breeze was invigorating, and the panoramic views were nothing short of spectacular. As a former professional surfer, I’ve spent countless hours on beaches around the world, but there’s something uniquely thrilling about tearing across the sand in a buggy, the salty air whipping through your hair.

Our guide, Wesley, was a master at setting the tone for adventure. His enthusiasm was infectious, and he made sure everyone was comfortable and ready for the ride of a lifetime. The buggy roared to life, and we were off, cruising along sandy trails and palm-lined paths.
