Just TOP, the guide can recommend 100%, absolutely make - Giuseppe brought us closer to the island with his great passion for Salina. Explained how the capers are grown and picked, the same for the local wine. Afterwards he led us to a beautiful viewpoint where we were allowed to experience a sensational sunset. At the end, Salvatore D’Amico had a very delicious tasting aperitif. Since it was my husband's birthday that day, Giuseppe organized another cake as a surprise 👍👍😋😋😋😋. Grazie mille della sorpresa

Unforgettable tour in Salina - I had an incredible private tour in Salina with Giuseppe. He picked me up from the port and took me on a journey through all the hidden gems of the island. Giuseppe was not only super friendly, but he also knew everything there is to know about Salina—its history, culture, and even little-known spots. We explored a caper field, where I learned about this unique crop, and then continued with a delicious food and local wine tasting that really captured the island's flavors.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to discover Salina in a personal and authentic way. Giuseppe's deep passion for the island and his extensive knowledge made this experience truly unforgettable. Thank you, Giuseppe, for sharing the wonders of Salina with me and for making this day one of the best parts of my trip!

Highlight of our vacation - Fantastic! This is a tour you don’t want to miss!Guiseppe was the best guide ever! he took us all over the island and showed us the most beautiful spots, while explaining in great detail all about the agriculture for which the island is known. We learned so much! if you like wine and food that you must visit this island with Giuseppe. One of the highlights of the trip was a wine and food tasting at a local farm. All the local products produced on the farm were absolutely delicious… – Probably the best wine and capers I have ever tasted.!! treat yourself to this tour for sure!!!

Passion and dedication of Salina EcoGastronomica - Giuseppe, the Owner as well as the Heart of Salina EcoGastronomica, transmits passion and dedication to his activity.
His tour to discover Salina allows you to familiarize yourself with the island and discover its treasures and soul... the cultivation of the Malvasia vineyards, the history of the local caper (Slow Food garrison), the routes in the mountains for hiking lovers...
The afternoon spent together flew by and was very interesting, completed with a delicious tasting at one of the wineries.
An experience definitely recommended!

The best day in Sicily by far! - From the moment we stepped into Giuseppe’s car we felt like an old friend had greeted us. As an advocate of slow food he drove slowly around the island explaining its history and culture.
We learnt about caper cultivation and preparation; olives and Malvasia wines.
We ended in a small winery having the most amazing lunch and sampling wines before a quick trip to try Ricotta granita in Rinella before returning back to Santa Marina. This was the best day of our two weeks in Sicily and we decided that we were in love with this little part of paradise thanks to our amazing guide!

A Special Salina Experience with Giuseppe - Giuseppe is incredible. He has excellent taste, vast knowledge of Salina and what it has to offer, is a great translator both literally and figuratively, and is very reliable. A great, lovely travel companion as well. He organized activities and logistics for a 150-person wedding across an entire week seamlessly, including an Italian disco night, caper and wine tasting, and the synchronization of church bells to mark key wedding moments. Highly recommend

Favorite Destination Wedding Experience Ever - My partner and I were one of dozens on a large friend / family wedding experience. This wedding was a masterclass in elegance, complexity, planning and execution. Giuseppe was our guide. He was first class. We’ve been on many guided tours and this one stood out. Over the course of a week, we took part in 2 boat tours (one included lunch on another island, the other we visited a volcano), made pizza, tasted wine, moved 150 people from venue to venue. Everyone everywhere was high vibe, on time, food and wine was exceptional, local, made with love and pride. Every time I stepped on or off of a transport, Giuseppe was there, quietly overseeing things, smile on his face. By the end of the week, he and I were having really interesting talks about local water conservation, his involvement with local municipal politics, and of course food and wine. It really felt like having a local best friend looking out for me and my family. Highly highly recommend.

An immersion in the wonderful Salina - A special visit to the wonderful island of Salina. Giuseppe took us to know the island in every detail and curiosity. The love he feels for Salina is immediately apparent. Recommendation to those who want to dive in the island and its inhabitants. The icing on the cake the wine tasting and the excellent food to accompany.
