This place is amazing! - Wow this place is incredible. We took our family.Boasting the most breathtaking unimaginable mountain and garden views. The bird tour was incredible with such a variety of birds and the opportunity for interactions. The tour guide was extremely knowledgable and the staff go above and beyond. My mother suffered a medical episode and the staff were so attentive and prepared. I would like everyone that helped with a special shoutout to Bec for amazing customer service and checking on us. I highly recommend the cafe there too the food and coffee is delicious and so many options for additionals like picnic baskets and food. This place deserves an award. If you want a memorable experience I highly recommend.

Great 1/2 day adventure - Great 1/2day out. The bird enclosure is wonderful with such a variety of native and exotic birds and the guide was helpful and knowledgeable. The gardens are lovely but as 60+ and to make the most of your visit I would recommend hiring the golf cart. Not that we don’t like a walk but there are some steep inclines if you want to see the rock formations ( which we saw at a prefect time as the waterfall was flowing) We enjoyed a lovely picnic lunch box that was provided with our voucher which was delicious and generous. Happy to recommend to others. We won’t hesitate in taking visitors.

Lovely Birthday Experience! - My partner took me for my birthday! It was absolutely lovely, even in the cold and very misty weather the park was beautiful and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We hired one of the buggies to get around as both of us were in a bit of pain that day, and it was a wonderful way to make sure we saw everything without the stress of circling back around too many times or making our way up some of the steep uphill paths. I highly recommend them, but if you have the whole day a slow walk around would be perfect as well. For the bird tour itself you’re guaranteed to get some one-on-one time with the parrots, but the staff are also very accommodating if you like your personal space and prefer to look from a distance. Also a special shout-out to Melva: the farm animal area seemed to have closed early due to the weather, and we expected no special treatment, but the staff knew it was my birthday and they went out of their way to ensure we didn’t waste the animal food we’d already purchased and squeezed us in for some time with the goats, sheep, donkeys and chickens. Melva specifically was very kind, taking photos of the two of us and even introducing us to two of their friendly bunnies :)) Overall highly recommend the whole park!!

Majestic and Magnificent! - This place is a must see for all bird enthusiasts and garden lovers. The interactive bird tour was a joyful experience with a beautiful array of birds that were only too happy and cheeky to have a perch on your head or shoulder. The gardens were spectacular and it's such a wonderful place to sit in peaceful surroundings and have a picnic lunch with the Glasshouse Mountains as a backdrop. The petting farm had some very cute micro miniature donkeys and cheeky little goats. All in all a very pretty and interesting place to visit.

10/10 - An affordable MUST do activity/s - We unfortunately got there late (thanks Google Maps lol) but STILL received the most accommodating and personalised experience, with Marvis adding (without paying extra) experiences onto our Private Tour due to lost time. Jess our tour guide was extremely informative and happy to answer any/all questions! A whole day needs to be dedicated to this gorgeous space! We had a picnic 🧺 (blanket, tea and cheese boxes) for extremely affordable pricing! + Don’t forget to swing by the gift shop where clean feathers are available and the profits go towards the animals vet bills. See below one of the birdies advertising the feather! 🪶 🦜

A special place - Amazing place, we went when it wasn’t very busy so had the gardens to ourselves which were nice and peaceful with the best view I’ve ever seen - glasshouse mountains. The bird aviary was superb and the interactive experience was great! Would recommend a trip here. I loved it!

Overpriced. - Overpriced. This is not worth the money. Where you pay the entrance fee is the same counter where you order the food. The line goes out the door.
